"I ordered the ring 3 weeks ago which in all honesty isn’t that long ago so I may delete my review going forward if the company makes up for this but I ordered the moon ring for my girlfriends 21st now I completely understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, however, they stated rather clearly on there page that it takes 4-6 days to ship. Now this product I ordered was in store they had it ready but they haven’t shipped the product. I found my confirmation email in my junk folder, I have tried to email the company but can’t find ANY email address or phone number for complaint so not a bit of customer service present at all. Honestly is there any chance !! Even if I do receive this product I will never use this company ever again as it is a JOKE if you are thinking about buying something off the website then please think twice and look elsewhere which in retrospect I wish I had done. If anyone knows of anyway to get in contact with this company then please write it in a new review or comment - I stay in the United Kingdom "
"I ordered a ring on Saturday June 8th, 2019 that online stated it was “In Stock” and ships in 4 to 6 business days. Having ordered on a Saturday I understood that most likely the order process would start Monday June 10th and I would have my item far before the event it was needed for. On July 3rd I sent a request for the status of my order to the email provided on my invoice. Again understanding a holiday was the next day I didn’t expect a response until Monday July 8th. When no response was received I then submitted a message through the websites online customer message center on July 9th and placed a call later in the day to the number on the website ***-***-****. No one was available by phone which is strange as it was during normal business hours and as of today July 10th my order has not shipped and I have had zero contact from this company in regards to any communication in regards to the status of my order. I did expect delays as I was diligent and read the reviews here that reference this same scenario however if this company can’t ship “In Stock” items in 4 - 6 business days they really shouldn’t advertise it on their website. I do suggest that any customer who needs attention to their order go directly to Allen as he is the person who has the authority to make decisions. Even though we didn't keep the product, it was an overall positive experience. "
