Excellent old-fashioned customer service.

"Last Monday i ordered a toner cartridge from World Class Ink. To my surprise it arrived the very next day. Unfortunately once i opened the shipping box i realized the toner i received was not the toner my copier requires. To make matters worse, it was my fault because i was going too fast and mistakenly ordered the wrong toner online. Even though i was completely at fault, then young man i spoke to in customer service was polite, empathetic and extremely helpful fixing my mistake and shipping out the correct toner cartridge i should have ordered that same day. They didn't even charge me a restocking fee when they processed my return and refunded my credit card for the toner i ordered incorrectly. Very impressed with these people. This kind of service is almost impossible to find anymore. I strongly recommend this company. Thanks again WCI staff!"

"Paid a premium $$ for a genuine original Canon printhead (OEM). Received a generic/remanufactured printhead. Attempted to contact the company via their chat, email and phone. No response from them."

Horrible Business to deal with

"I ordered a print head and it was the wrong one. I have emailed them, called them and left a message with NO response of any kind. I sent a picture of what they sent to what I had ordered and still NO response. "

"Purchased a replacement Canon printhead for i9100 which was actually shipped quickly. Installed the head after about a week and it did not print yellow. I asked for a replacement and was given what amounted to good advice that there must be a bubble in the cartridge. I use a CIS system. So after telling "Scott" that I had a CIS I got no reply for over two weeks. They offer a 1 year warranty so didn't rush. Yesterday I sent another reply to Scott rather demanding a replacement. I received the following reply, which made me laugh.

"You can send them back for a refund, but we won't be sending you any others. Please try purchasing them from someone else. Thank you. -Scott"

— LOL thankfully I diagnosed and fixed the issue which WAS with my cartridge but I thought I'd share this story. Pretty serious "get lost" from the guy, but at least he offered my $$ back. So in that sense I'm one of the FEW saying ANYTHING nice about this outfit.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! First problem was they only shipped part of my order claiming the rest of the order was backordered. When the back ordered cartridge finally arrived, it was defective and would not install properly in my Epson printer. When I contacted World Class Ink by email, I received a response 2 days later stating that I should contact Epson directly and see if they would replace it. This is unacceptable since World Class sold it to me, and they are responsible for resolving this not Epson. You know their service is poor when they would rather lose me as a customer than send me a new cartridge.
Their pricing looks very competitive on-line, but don't be fooled because their service after the sale is terrible. I will not be using them again, and I plan to tell everyone not to use them. Very frustrating experience.

"I would not recommend this company to anyone! They billed me before shipping my ink cartridge that was back ordered on their end and maybe no longer manufactured. They did not notify me of the delay in shipping and recommended I continue to call them to follow-up instead of them sending me an email when the cartridge arrived. Their web site accepted my order as if the part was in stock. "

"This New Jersey company is a rip-off. There is a reason they get an "F" on the Better Business Bureau's rating. I wish I had known that before I ordered from them. They advertise one size cartridge but ship a low capacity (minimal ink ml) in it's place.

It was not until I got the Better Business Bureau involved that they eventually allowed me to return the unopened catridge box for a refund. Even during that process they blattenly lied to the BBB without batting an eye. It is run by low-lifes. Do youself a favor and buy from a great company like www.2SToner.com

"First off, I will say that their 3rd party Epson 9600 inks are great matches for the OEM inks with PROVIDED that ink in the cartridge matches up with the label on the cartridge!

I ordered several complete sets of Ultrachrome inks for my 9600 at a GREAT price and they worked flawlessly UNTIL I discovered that a Light Magenta cartridge had black ink instead of Light Magenta!

I wrote their customer service about the problem after wasting a whole afternoon trying to troubleshoot what I thought HAD to be user error because all my reds were printing too dark. It didn't occur to me to check ink colors until I decided to run a nozzle check and the second set of blacks caught my eye.

I wrote them immediately and waited the next day for a response — NOTHING.

I called them, nothing. To make a long, agonizing story short, their proposal was to send me a replacement cartridge. No suggestions for what to do, how to purge the line, no offer to replace the media used printing Magenta, no offer to replace the regular Magenta cartridge since the exact color to print Light Magenta is unknown...a single cartridge was their attempt to make up for what ended up being about 5 days of being unable to print! Keep in mind that they would only send me a replacement IF and ONLY IF, I returned the offending cartridge, of course, the only evidence I have that this type if screw-up was even possible.

When I spoke to their Purchasing Manager she told me that the owner was made aware of the problem and he was just as spineless as the rest of them since he never lifted a finger to rectify the situation.

These people have no clue as to how to run a business. They obviously do not know that existing customer retention is far less expensive and therefore more profitable than jockeying for new customers. Had they simply stepped up to the plate and stood behind their product, not only would they have kept me as a customer for the 9600 inks but they would have gotten additional business since we bought another 64" as a result of the problem.

So, not only do they lose the business of an existing customer they also lose the additional business that would have come as a result of handling a serious problem. So instead of purchasing their 3rd party ink for my 11880 printer, I instead gladly paid $1600 for Epson's OEM inks since I know that if anything like this were to ever happen with Epson inks they'd be all over it like white on rice!

"Very good & quick communication, got a good price after negotiation and fairly quick ship-out.
Before my $600 payment, I saw the many negative feedbacks this site has received here, but I also noticed that they received the first feedback in 2003 and the last one in March 2010 which means they've been in business all this long and only a couple of satisfied customers bothered to post a +ve feedback.
So logically I went ahead with the order. And sure enough I wasn't disappointed. I received all the items within a week or so and tested many of my bulk order items to be in good condition.
I'm glad I chose WorldClassInk for My Order.
Well Done and keep it Up.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

THEY DO NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER!!!

I purhcased genuine toners cartridges for HP Color Laserjet 2600 on line. They asked additional fee for international shipping, which I paid. After two weeks, they do not ship anything. They do not reply to my call and Paypal is not helpful much.

So, my advise. DO NOT USE WORLD CLASS INK.

"I purchased due to the inexpensiveness of the Canon Cartridges. I purchased 8 of them in four colors. I had problems with the two yellows that I got and noticed the cartrige was not the same as Canon especially in the function from the sponge type area to the storage for the fluid. I am not an expert but the Canon had a round end and mine were also oblong at the cartidge connection point indicating to me there was a probem. The fluid would not move between the chambers so I wasted much photo paper in playing with this color. Then the red also did the same and the same then happened on cynan. Black seemed to work fine. I called them on January 22 and talked to a female who said she would get back to me. My request was to return the 3 I have not opened and get a simple refund to my charge card. On Monday following I emailed when I did not hear from her as promised on Friday. Today is Tuesday and I left another message.

BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE NOT A DEPENDABLE COMPANY NOR DOES THEIR PRODUCT AT LEAST IN CANON WORK.

PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. You will lose like I did. Not very WORLD CLASS in service nor product. I have given up and will write it off as a bad debt and will move on.

"I made a purchase in early december and unfortunately the ink cartridge has been damaged in shipping by the post office and leaked all over the place.
I called WorldClassInk and the very nice young lady on the phone exchanged the leaking cartridge with a brand new one. I had my new ink cartridge and prepaid return label in 2 days.
These guys really are World Class!
Highly recommended.
