"I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from worldclassplasma. I cannot believe the way I have been treated. These guys will tell you ANYTHING when trying to sell you a product. The info on their website is wrong and they explicitly lied to me about my product (HDTV) and the extended warranty. There is just so much to say about it. PLEASE, PAY THE EXTRA $100 or whatever to not deal with this dishonest company."

"I placed an order of Samsung LCD TV on its website. Got a call from rep two days later to confirm the order which was perfect fine. Everything went well until the rep rushed me through the total that had an extra 6% shipping insurance charge (on top of already high shipping and handling fee) caming from nowhere. In the ordering process, nothing was said about the extra insurance fee. The rep said it was stated on the web. I got the rep to put my order on hold. Later, I went onto the web again and with the help of another rep I finnaly found it, which was hidden deep in "term of use". If you don't read it like textbook, you will miss it. Finally I decided to cancel my order and the rep did cancel it without much trouble."
