" I ordered six shirts for work all extra larges. And up that they were too big. Tried to call and talk to an operator to set up a return and exchange. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then all of a sudden the message and the music stopped and I got hung up on. I was number three in line as they told me. And in the 10 minutes I was holding was during lunch and wasted all that time for nothing. I'm done Internet orders with this company before that has been fine. But again was unable to talk to a real person to set up a return exchange ."

"The only reason I'm giving these shoes 4 out of 5 stars is because the first day I wore them to work the heels of my feet was sooooo sore and achy. I work a 12 hour shift at a warehouse, so comfort is extremely important to me. I also think the reason why the shoes caused me great pain on the first day is because I wore thin socks. The second day and thereafter the shoes was actually extremely comfortable. These steel toe shoes were definitely way more comfortable than my steel toe boots. I guess wearing thick shoes makes a difference as well. You don't need added soles while wearing these shoes. My feet feel just fine without the added gel soles. Just make sure you wear thick socks with these shoes and you should be okay while working. At work I got so many compliments. My fellow coworker said the shoes was so cute. And now my mom is going to be ordering herself a pair. So I really recommend these shoes. Also the customer service was great as well. After ordering these shoes I noticed there was a discount. After ordering the shoes I emailed and text the company asking them could the discount be applied to my order and they applied it and I was refunded the different in 3 business days. I also ordered my shoes on Christmas and received them 4 business days later. So this company is extremely professional, has great customer service skills, and very quick shipping. "
