"No ethics! Ordered a pair of boots, paid, recieved confirmation. Recieved email stating that the boots I ordered and paid for werent made by the same manufacturer and I had to pay $39 more. I stated that I had ordered the boots under the impression that they were a certain price amd that the webpage (of which I have a screenshot of and they have since removed), the reciept and the confirmation shows this . They offer me a ten percent discount. I explain to them that fair trade practice laws require them to honor the advertised price. Recieved email stating that none of those kind of boots are available in my size and they did not have and eta for when they would have then again. If I had given them the extra $39 what would they do? Tell me they didn't have that boot and they would have to charge extra $50? Upsale scam. "

"I placed an order on 24 Feb for a pair work boots, i read the note that stated their boots are new on the market and could be a 10 day delay for deliver. After I purchased the boots, I received an email which notified me that the boots will not be shipped out until 8 April. I'm thankful for the updates on the status of the boots and discouraged about the ship out date. I just hope the damn boots get here. "
