This is all sales theatrics. In reality you will receive an email the next day with an elaborate back order story. They take orders and relay them to the manufacturer. If its not available, and you're a schmuck, you get to wait til it is. The date they give you means literally nothing. Buy from a reputable site that stocks the goods they profess to have. "

Since I still haven't received it, I called their "helpline" today (12/20) and they told me that it will not be shipped till 12/27. Fantastic, that was supposed to be a Christmas gift! A week later I called to follow up because I still had not received a shipping confirmation. I was told my order is on backorder until February. Wondering why I have not received any notification of the backorder, I asked for my order to be cancelled, as I needed the boots by Christmas. I was then told they could not cancel my order, but would send me a return label when they ship my boots... in FEBRUARY! No thanks, I'll just call my bank"
