"Please read the correspondence below. I am returning the first screen and having to pay shipping which is not right considering the product did not meet the specifications as described. I have order a second screen at a higher cost which I hope meets our needs and is correct as the specifications.

We just spoke on the phone in reference to order #2698556. Large flat fire place screen.

When ordering the item it was described as wrought iron with a black finish. As you can see from the attach photos the finish is not lack but more of a brown color. This is especially true if you were to zoom in on the photo and compare the screen to the fire place poker and black picture frame above you can clearly see this is not a black finish. According to your website the item was to be a black finish. Below are the overview and specifications as described on your website for this item.

Thank you for sending in the pictures. From the information that you provided to me from the box and the pictures you have sent we can confirm that you have received the correct black screen. We do not carry this screen in brown. We wouldn't be able to compare the tool that you have with the black screen that we sent because different manufacturers will use different paint that will provide various shades of black as the outcome. If you need to return the item I can set you up with return instructions. Please let me know if you still would like to return the item.

I am disappointed in your response. There is no way you can describe what you have provided as black. I could not describe this as a shade of black. The picture clearly shows the screen on a dark brown leather coach and it is more of a brown color than black. I agree that I received what was ordered but your information on the website states the color black (with picture) and what I received is far from the color black. With that said we need to move on as I am an unhappy customer.

Yes I would like to return this screen. If I need to order something different I am willing to do so and realize that will need to upgrade. I would like to get this resolved on Wednesday so that a new screen can arrive before the Super Bowl.

"I would not recommend doing business with them..I have been 3 weeks with trying to get the correct vent pipes. The first problem was after receiving my package in the mail I noticed not everything was there. I checked the order slip and found that 3 of my items was on back order. I never received any notification of these back ordered items. Two weeks go by and I finally receive the rest of my order to find out that they shipped the wrong size tee. I again checked and made sure it wasnt my mistake, it wasnt, but I had to send them pics and wait 2 days for them to decide it wasnt my fault before they would send me the correct piece. Its a good thing the business they are in doesnt require repeat customers...If you would like to test there customer service before you buy anything just call up and talk to one of there certified techs. The tech will read you the exact description that you are reading from there web page. If you ask for any clarification the tech will repeat the description from the web page. After repeating the description 3 times to me he told me I probably wasnt professional enough to install this pipe anyhow. Good thing there line of business doesnt require repeat customers."
