"Product comes in a thin paper rectangular box necessary to hold 100 individual pieces. This box was packed and mailed in a small flat padded envelope. Needless to say the box was destroyed. Company never responded to correspondence asking to make the situation right."

"Ordered one iPad keyboard on 11th april2020.while ordering the delivery time was shown max one Month.as I needed the item urgently and it was not available in local market due to lockdown I purchased it thinking atleast I would receive the product by may.in their policy they had cleverly mentioned you may cancel the order within 8hours of payment if change of mind.as there was no question of mind change I sticked to the order.but the next day they showed the delivery date as 1st june.i got shocked and as it would not serve my purpose if received so late I contacted their customer service asking for cancellation and refund.but they didn't pay heed and gave such a rude and irresponsible reply saying 'hope you have a better experience with your next shopping'. I got shocked with such a reply. Anyways I still waited for 1st June but didn't receive my item yet. Then I went to my account in the website and found they had very cleverly changed the date of delivery to 14th June,of course without any prior information which was very much expected from them. But there is still no cancellation option with the order whereas it is clearly written in their guidelines that you may request refund of order if not received by the delivery date shown. Thank god I had taken all the screen shots as proofs because naturally I don't do so as I never experienced such a customer befooling **** website before. Anyways I have already lodged my complaint with consumer forum as I am banker of a nationalised bank and I have my duty not to spare such fraud websites. Let's see"

I ordered an item in February, and the seller took the money did not ship my item , I waited approx 2 months to contact wish support , they told me to wait until the approximate delivery date 22 may to contact them again if the item does not arrive , I waited until 23 may , the seller still did not ship my item , which is 3 months later , I contact it wish support to tell them that the approx date is over and I need my money back , but I got this message as soon as I opened the contact support window : Oops, you can't open any more tickets associated with this order.
so my money is lost to scammers , this site is total BS I do not recommend it to anyone , use aliexpress instead they are more responsible. I will never use this fraudulent site again."
"Advertised quick delivery, guaranteed delivery with multiple warehouses etc etc. Each time the estimated delivery date is passed, they change the date.
It is now my 3rd changed date on my products. They are not honouring their merchant policies for refunds and they told me I was not eligible until the 14th.. on the 15, now they tell me I will be eligible on the 26th.
It is a bad joke. Stay away from. Wish."
"Theft from my credit card : 13 fraudulent purchases from my wish account. I have listed all these thefts with dates etc and Wish "customer service" pretends they don't understand which orders I am complaining about. They are giving me the complete run around and have no intention of returning the stolen money. I have since read many other customer reviews detailing the same method of theft as I have suffered.
I would highly reccomend you avoid these thieving crooks."
