"Placed an order on Nov 6, 2023. My order number is #53292. I received no email about the status of my order, no tracking number, and no invoice. I immediately emailed the company at wiringproductsltd.gmail.com on Nov 6 requesting an invoice but by Dec 19 I still have not received the invoice. My credit card showed I was charged for the item but on the wrong date Nov 3. I did receive the item but I have not received any invoice to provide to my accounting department. I made another request for an invoice today 12/19/2023 but I don't expect to hear back from them. If I do, I will update this site. I have spent a lot of my time trying to request an invoice. Cost me a lot of headaches and my company more money on my time."

"Second order I have received from this company that had an issue!
First time in was sent to the incorrect address.
Second they sent me a 100ft of 16g after I ordered 14g primary wire.
They will not respond to emails nor messages via their web site or Facebook. You would think after six emails and 4 message attempts someone would respond but nothing! Will be shopping else where for sure.
The phone number they have listed is disconnected so ZERO way of getting in touch with them.
Save yourself the hassle I’m dealing with and shop with a real company that has a working phone number and possibly have customer service to help you out!

Evenually this store is very dishonest seller.

At normal condition, it looks like no problem, but trouble is starting with a case to return back according to their agreement term.

As for the topic of return shipment, this seller has been never responded but keep silent as like goast.
I have emailed several times but no response at all so far.

But unfotunately I could get a reply on other topic about another order related.

Shop with this seller if you are so sure not to happen any returnning, but don't try if not.
