"There is really nothing negative to my purchase or customer service. Wireless Experts was very helpful in helping me with my order change. He was very attentive to my order and in making sure I recieved what I needed. I was also helped with additional information, such as the tracking number and when my order would arrive, which I was very happy with! The wait until my order arrives is killing me ,however, mostly because I am so excited to recieve my new purchase. I am looking forward to another great purchase with Wireless Experts! :)Thank YOU!"

"I lost my cell phone two weeks ago and was in a panic because my life was in that phone...I ordered a samsung impression on May 10th and actually had it in my hands on the 13th....and I live in Alaska. Bijan Kohan called my home number to let me know my package had shipped as well as provided a tracking number via email. I so appreciate the prompt and courteous customer service, will definitely reccomend this seller to others."

"Bijan was extremely helpful, calling me to let me know the phone I ordered would not work with my carrier, suggesting phones that would work and even special ordering me the phone I really wanted. He is very knowledgable and friendly! I will buy more phones from them in the near future for the rst of the family ! I can't rate shipping or returns as I haven't received phone yet and haven't made a return."

"Ordered 2 Optimus LG T-Mobile Unlocked phones to use with the Walmart Family Mobile Plan. So far everything has been great! Ordered phones by phone through Bijan and he was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Phones were put in the mail the same day I ordered them, received them within the week, contained everything that was stated they would have, and they work great with the Walmart Family Mobile Plan. "2 x HTC Desire

I was in the US visiting family and decided to grab 2 unlocked HTC Desire mobile phones before I headed back overseas. I found Wireless Experts through Google while trying to find a reputable dealer who could sell me an unlocked phone in a short amount of time as I was set to head back home.

I ordered them and shipment was immediate (I paid for 2-day shipping and received it in 2 days). After some complications with my order, I wound up on the phone a number of times with Mike who handles customer service. I cannot praise Mike strongly enough to properly describe how professional and awesome I was taken care of.

I had to send back one of the phones and get a replacement (not Wireless Experts fault), but time was short before I was to fly to the other side of the globe. I made the mistake of incorrectly writing the return address so it took Fed Ex longer to deliver the phone back to Wireless Experts. Because I was in such a rush as I am 2 days away from leaving, Mike understood my situation and went above and beyond to get me the replacement phone back to me just in time.

I can't say it enough, these guys will take care of you. If you are a little leery about spending a good amount of money on a mobile phone when purchasing on the web, call these guys first. You'll understand right away you're going to get what you want.

"I ordered a Samsung Impression from this store. They shipped the phone fairly quick. However, that's about all I the positive I can say about my experience. The phone I received was obviously not brand new as the item was described. So I sent a few emails and eventually called them and spoke with a person named Mike. I asked Mike if I could return the phone straight up. He said I could but I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. Not wanting to pay this I asked about returning the phone for full stored credit. Mike said that was possible. Next I sent and email to Mike reminding him of the situation. He responded and gave me instructions on how to return the phone. I followed all the instructions. Today, FedEx delivered a replacement phone. Why, I don't know. I already sent one email to them that has been ignored. I have sent another and awaiting a reply."

"Wow, I must say, this is one of the most professional online stores on the web. I called before placing an order to make sure the Samsung Solstice I was ordering for my wife was compatible with AT&T and that I didnt need a contract to get the phone at the low price they were advertising it for. They spent about 20 minutes with me over the phone explaining the details of the phone to me and that just for the holidays, they would expedite the shipment to me at no additional charge! They were extremely professional, I Received my phone just in time for the holidays! I ordered on Friday 12/18 and ended up getting my phone by Tuesday 12/22. The item was just as advertised, brand new, and got here so fast. I will definitely order from them again in the future. They even included a free leather carry case for me!!! so happy!"

"I ordered a TMobile Sidekick phone from these people on 12-02-09. I was ordering the phone for my 13 year old Son, for a Christmas gift for him. They immediately charged my credit card for $107.00, and the email confirmation said that it should be shipped within 24 hours. Whenever I place an order, I use my address as the Billing, and My mom's address as the shipping address, which is never a problem with any other company...Anyway, to make a long story short...2 or 3 days passed by and everytime I went to check the status of my order, it still read "processing". I called the number listed on the site, and never got an answer, so I sent an email to see if there was a problem. I got an email back the next day, asking if they could ship my order to my billing address. I explained to them that I lived in an apartment, and I would prefer it be shipped to My Mom's HOUSE. I never received a response. One week passed by, and my order was still reading "processing". I called the phone number (again) and still no answer. I sent another email to let them know that I wanted to cancel the order, and for them to refund my money right away, because it had been a week, and my phone hadnt been shipped. The next day, I checked the status, and the order had been canceled. That left me 2 weeks before Christmas to try to find another phone for my Son. Needless to say, they never answered their phone, and the email response takes 24 hours....I will never order from them again."
