Never Again !!!

"I had purchased a Bluetooth speaker as a Christmas present for a family member. When the speaker was used it would not recharge so I contacted their customer service..
They said to ship the speaker back and as soon as they receive it they will send one out, well that didn't work very well. Luckily I had saved all receipts from the purchase , return and the product delivery by UPS at their door. That's right, UPS delivered it at their front door. I had to contact them after I had gotten the delivery receipt and they said that they needed an order number , my address and the return tracking number . Over the next month I had sent them the order number , my address and the tracking number for the UPS shipment to the residence about five times . After a month of e-mails back and forth, approximately 20 they've finally credited my credit card that was used but after that I was out the $13 that it cost me to ship the speaker back and I had nothing. They don't even have a phone that you can contact them by! When you call their "customer service number" you get a recording it says to leave them an email on their website! This is an poorly run company from someone's home and I don't understand how they are still in business.
If you're trying to save money pay a little more and go somewhere else! This place is by far no deal at all!

Good service and fast refund

"Ordered an older Fitbit device new in box. The device did not work, so they sent a second one quickly without question. The second one was bad, so they refunded the original cost very quickly. These guys are worth it, it was not their fault the Fitbit devices were faulty. Highly recommended."

Used to be a good vendor - not any more

"I ordered a Plantronics Voyager Edge headset. It worked, but very poorly. Microphone would cut out, have static or be distorted. I contacted WirelessOEMShop by email reporting the problem and requesting an RMA. They responded saying they would send a new one. Nothing happened after that. Tried contacting again by email, but no response. Tried calling, but their outgoing message says to email them. Only after I initiated a claim with PayPal did WirelessOEMShop send the replacement. The replacement charger, earpiece and cradle were loose in a plastic bag, not in the factory packaging. The replacement unit had the exact same microphone problem. Then, WirelessOEMShop told PayPal that if I sent the 1st unit back (shipping at my expense), I'd get the refund I requested thru PayPal. I sent the unit back, then WirelessOEMShop told PayPal they sent me another unit, so no refund. At this point I'd had enough messing around with WirelessOEMShop and did what I should have done in the first place: I contacted Plantronics. Plantronics sent me a new unit which works perfectly. Don't be fooled by WirelessOEMShop's low prices, they are probably selling seconds, returned units, etc. Their "customer service" email is a Yahoo account. That should have tipped me off from the get go. The real test of a vendor is what they do when things go wrong. WirelessOEMShop failed miserably."

won't read emails - won't refund my money

"I ordered a headset - it arrived and didn't even work. I returned it, requested a return shipping label and cancelled my order. They sent another, I refused shipment, they told me to send back the broken one and they would reimburse me (sure they will). They sent a 3rd, refused shipment again, opened a dispute on my Discover card. Scam artists, scumbags."

Piece of crap!!!!!!

"I bought Bluetooth headphones they didn’t even work! So then I return them, I email them say hey I want a a full refund. All they continue to send me for a full week are emails saying they will send a new product. That’s not what I asked for!!!!!!! So then I call them, the guy on the other line a complete **** hole!!!!! Finally after me threatening them with a lawsuit he gives me my money! Rediculous! Never wil I buy from them again! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

They just don't care

"The OtterBox phone cover I ordered from them on the 18th of December did not show up for 3 weeks. When I asked them through E-mail to update me a status on my order, I just got a refund with no explanation or excuse. Reading other folks reviews I consider myself lucky to get my money back. Great sample how Web Shop NOT suppose to be! "

Worst customer service!

"On July 17,2017 I purchased a Bluetooth. It was damaged. I sent it back for exchange or refund.So far, 5 months later, I'm still waiting on the return from them. I've sent emails asking for the return. They have not answered. They are not to be trusted! Ever! I think they just robbed my $69.00."

Harmony Elite Remote

"I received my order for the Harmony Elite remote and Hub 11/27/2017 and was SHOCKED to find it packed in a bubble wrap envelope, all parts loose in the envelope. I am surprised it works at all!! I am having an Audio Visual tech out tomorrow to see if he has better luck then I in setting up this remote. He is $60/hr and I sure hope I am not throwing good money after bad on this deal. I will certainly never purchase a delicate item from this company again. "

Rip off!

"How nice my item was set for delivery Nov 3rd! I was told I would have it no later than Nov 1St! Than item arrives and is not a new in package item like I would assume I was ordering since nothing indicated anything else. Instead I receive either a used one or reconditioned one. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB , FTC, and the states Attorney General today just so you are aware. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare! Paid extra for quick shipping, was lied to when it shipped, and when it would arrive than got junk, not what I paid for. I ordered a new product and got a baggy with used stuff or reconditioned."

Excellent Customer Service

"Mozal, is an excellent business man and I've been doing business with WireOEMShop for several years now. Each time I've had a problem, I've emailed them and they always respond promptly.

They've even gone above and beyond to assist me, by extending my warranty time, which was pretty awesome.

I appreciate these guys, along with the prices. You can't beat it.

Horrible!

"This company stole my credit card information and made an crazy order on behalf of me. We kindly return the little dirty package by UPS (we paid shipping), and they still did not return the charges to the card- this has been 4 months. a fraud company should be removed from the earth!"

WORST INTERNET BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

"DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! They sell used or refurbished junk. I purchased a Motorola TZ900 Bluetooth Kit, it arrived in a bubble envelope and charger was broken. They replaced the original Motorola charger with a cheap $2.00 charger as a replacement. The Bluetooth stopped working properly after a few days, I was told to return it for exchange with a tracking number. When they received the defective item back I was told they could not provide me with a working Bluetooth kit, so they refunded my money minus the return postage I had paid with tracking ($17.00) I tried repeatedly to have this charge reversed to me (postage receipt was provided to them) but they stopped corresponding with me. This is the way they deal with customers after sale is complete it seems. Wirelessoemshop also has a very low score with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) due to many customer complaints, unethical business practices and deceitful selling to unsuspecting buyers. NEVER AGAIN!! "

Received an unpackaged potentially used ear piece

"I picked them since the price was all of a couple dollars less that the other store and now i regret it. earpiece came with no packaging no barcode or serial number anywhere and this is something i put in my ear are you kidding me?!"

Used items for sale!

"wish I too had seen this review before I bought my bluetooth from this company...if they are selling only used products they should clearly mention it on the website. I can't believe this company is getting away with this. Isn't there some way to take legal action on this behavior which is clearly fraudulent. I'd really appreciate if any of you reading this review help me to kick start the process of legal action. I'm not sure if BBB or some other entity can take action on this.

The product they shipped works and that's different from ethically selling a new product as against used without any mention of it.

Wish I had read the reviews first!!

"Ordered a bunch of headsets - they arrived literally just thrown into a large box. No covering, no packaging, nothing. Looks like a box of Christmas lights. Some of them are CLEARLY used sets.
We can only hope they actually work. No way to know until we test or deploy each set.
Never again...
