"For the most part items have been exactly as described, although on a LG VX9400 canvas case, the item did not fit adequately and was not well made at all. A misfit to be sure.

"I ordered a case and a charger for my Samsung i760. Within 24 hours the charger had been canceled due to it being "out of stock".

One day later I got a call from American Express alerting me to fraudulent charges on my account. Initially I indicated to AMEX this was a legitimate charge, but I later became suspicious when the items didn't arrive.

10 days later, I was emailed that case was canceled due to "logistic difficulties" from their supplier.

I can't prove anything, but I am now very suspicious of this vendor and have requested the order to be canceled and am contesting any charges to my account from this vendor.

Buyer beware.

"The WirelessGround website lists one replacement battery for the Motorola v265 -- a Motorola OEM replacement battery. When I purchased and received the battery, I placed it on our phone and tried to put the battery case back on. It didn't fit. I never powered up the phone and never plug the battery in. I simply took it back off and placed it back in the original packaging. There is no information on their website that this is not a normal replacement battery for the phone. Per the return policy posted on their website, I returned the battery at my expense within the fourteen days allowed, only to be denied reimbursement. Dispite WirelessGround.com admitting that this battery actually requires an "extended battery cover" that is neither standard, explained on their website, nor carried by WirelessGround, because I placed the battery on the phone (though I didn't power it up), WirelessGround claims that I did not return it in "new" condition (no mention in the return policy that you can't even place a battery on a phone). WirelessGround.com will not refund my money. The battery was never used...simply placed on the phone for fit."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM WIRELESS GROUND
I ordered a foldable keyboard for my son for Christmas. After Christmas, when mhy son tried to use it, the keys were very hard to push. I emailed Wireless Ground when I read their return policy was 14 days. They said to comply with their return policy. I called their customer service and explained it was a Christmas gift. Before they hung up in my face, they said it doesn't change a thing, their policy is 14 days. How can you order a Christmas gift in time to be delivered by Christmas and comply with that policy? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THEIR "POLICY" IS PROBABLY NOT EVEN LEGAL.

"Good communication, fast shipping, all as advertised. Based on my brief research, prices were very competitive. I was buying Verizon cell phone accessories in Verizon packaging for at least 50% of the price charged by Verizon. I ordered in the middle of the long 4th of July weekend, and they shipped on Monday 03 July, sending confirmation and tracking information by email. If I need more cell phone accessories, I'll definitely check here to see what kind of deal I can get. BTW they were offering free shipping on orders over $50, which certainly sweetened the deal."

"Bought original Samsung cellphone leather cases and car chargers. Website was extremely easy to navigate -- just specify the phone and it listed all of the accessories avialable for that phone. I checked eBay first, but I couldn't find an OEM case or charger. And with the free shipping WirlessGround offered, I didn't pay any more than I would have on eBay buying non-Samsung products. A very good deal and excellent products. Took a week to receive (5 business days), a little longer than I'm used to but certainly acceptable. Packed well. I would certainly go back to WirelessGround for any other phone accessory I might need in the future."

"I purchased the Magnetic Latch Leather Case for the Treo 650 (Monaco). The case does nto fit the phone. It is too small, then once the phone is in there, the magnetic closure will NOT close because the case is too small for the phone. After several contacts by email to the WirelessGround people and their Ebay store, "ecburbank," they will only give a replacement of the item or an exchange. This is the worst kind of business practice. The product fails its purpose, and they want to send me another one. On top of that I have already had to pay shipping for the useless product to come to me, and now they insist that I pay shipping to return their useless product. I gave WirelessGround and ECBURBANK every opportunity to make this transaction right, but they refused. Buyer beware. "

"Just want to state for the record, you can be assured of terrific prices, excellent products and the best in service when you deal with this company.

I skeptically placed an order with this company after asking a couple of questions that were answered within the hour. I received a conformation email immediately and a tracking number the next day. I received the products both cases fit like a glove and the car charger works perfect. All of this with out having to wait at the phone store for over an hour only to find out they either don't have the items or they are literly 4 times as much. Think about it, the car charger from SmartGround.com cost $5.89 and the one from the store is $35.00. I will gladly pocket the $30.00 and save the wait.

This was my first order but certainly not my last.
