Horrible experience!

"Sent them an item for trade-back through backmarket.com and they broke the item and didn't take responsibility for breaking them. Horrible company - do not use!!!"

not 1 day shipping

"Horrible customer service! Non existent! I pay for 1 day shipping, I get a 4 day out delivery date???? How does that happen, I email them again and again finally get a scripted email from jasmine "We have great news your order has been shipped" with a 4 day out delivery date. Jasmine or whoever didnt even read my email that she was replying to. Ive been emailing ever since haven't heard from them at all. I should have never bought from them and definitely don't recommend you buying from them either."

Basically no customer service

Bought a cell phone that was not any good. Tried calling many times only to be greeted by "The voicemail of this customer has not been set up". Any emails sent also sent unanswered. So, getting the phone is not a problem. You get it in a timely manner. MAKE SURE YOU USE PAYPAL FOR YOUR PURCHASE. You will more than likely have to go through the resolution process for you refund if the phone is bad. This seems to be the only way your going to get a response. Even through Paypal. Be very weary of the time frame because after a certain date you can not escalate your resolution. This seems to be their intention. They will drag it out all the way till the the day before you can escalate. If you miss the escalation process Paypal closes the case and you have no way of getting your money back through Paypal. Hope this helps.

Literally no customer service... does anyone even work there?

"Terrible customer service response time. Their products are legit. I'll give them that. But Their RMA and support emails don't get responses, I've now sent 6 unanswered emails to both contacts. Also if you try calling their customer service phone number they don't have an automated system. It just keeps ringing and ringing. I've maybe called 10+ times and only have some one answer once, the other times it just hangs up on you after about 2 minutes of ringing.
When I finally did get in contact with someone they said they sent me an email with an RMA# and instructions for my return, but that email never came.... how are they even functioning as a business? Be warned.
