"Ordering from WireCare has always been fast and easy. This is my 3rd order with them, and just as before, they processed the order within the first business day of order placement. Items are always well packed, and free of damage.

If I had to list a con, it would be their processing and return fees/policies. Orders under $20 are subjected to a $2.95 handling charge, and ANY order shipped via USPS is subject to a $9.99 handling charge. I can understand that there may be certain costs to processing small orders, but I cannot agree with these fees. In addition, returns are subject to a 15% (or greater) restocking fee, ouch!

In their defense, I have returned a few items to them (not by-the-foot products), and they were willing to work with me, making an exception to their return policy, and give a full refund.

Despite these caveats, I must stress that my experiences with them are wholly positive. They carry many unique products at competitive prices, and I will continue to give them my business."

"Selection is of products is very good but WireCare's shipping costs are prohibitive. I have had to not order products just to pay the shipping. Something is wrong with that.

Then on lower cost shipping options a handling fee offsets any savings in shipping. I told the customer Rep. that the product did not work as described. The 2:1 heatshrink tubing did not shrink a true 2:1.

So as I told the Rep this order #822547 was to correct the problem from the heatshrink not shrinking as claimed in my previous order. There was no offer to make good on this total waste of my money from that previous order. I found that very disappointing.

My rating would be Somewhat Satisfied to Somewhat Dissatisfied if given the chance to rate properly."
