Nonexistent Customer Service

"I ordered 12 bottles of Evan Williams Egg Nog that appeared to be a successful transaction (I saw the transaction with my bank login right away as “pending” and did get an order confirmation email). The website said “pending” for shipment for two weeks. At week three I started emailing and calling trying to find out the status of my order. Then I started just asking for a refund. I finally decided to file a dispute with my bank card and no transaction for the company or the amount could be located. They apparently couldn’t fill the order and cancelled it on their end, but some sort of communication on this would have been really nice. Will never even try to use them again. "

Worse experience ever

"I placed an order with them. I called several time to follow up and only got voicemail. Finally after constant calling (oh and I emailed also) I got someone on the phone who said it would go out 3 days ago. Still no confirmation. Have tried calling for 3 days straight, left messages, emails zero response. Run away from ordering from them. "

Good company, the reason for negative reviews has nothing to do with them. READ THIS!

"I had placed my order and then saw a bunch of negative reviews including some from the Better Business Bureau and was kind of concerned. After I placed my order and read these reviews I called the company to verify my order. It was returned within two hours and the lady on the phone was very nice and explained that most of these reviews are due to FedEx and the shipper. I Purchased on my credit card so I was not worried and I tracked the package through FedEx throughout the week. There were tons of delays and problems with FedEx which has absolutely nothing to do with this Company. I think they’ve gotten a bad rap because of the shipper and policies of certain states. As a small business person I think that’s really a shame and so I’m posting reviews everywhere of my experience because they did very good, not to mention they had an item that’s extremely hard to find and no one else did! I will definitely be ordering from them again and I strongly suggest other people do the same as well as leaving a review of their experience. These people are great and don’t deserve to be slandered do you to FedEx, UPS or other shipping companies."

"I was having a problem with an order they shipped. I have tried countless times to contact them via email, voicemail and through their website. Simply put they do NOT respond.
Although their prices are good I will never do business with them again!

Do not buy from this seller.

"I bought a bottle from this seller that cost me about $1000.00. I had been looking for about 2 years. I was thrilled. Ordered it in October and finally opened it up right before Christmas to repackage it, only to find out it was the wrong item. I emailed and called. I was told that they would not fix the issue due to it being over 30 days. Was asked "why didn't you open it up when you got it?" Uhhh, because I trusted them and assumed they were reputable. Asked to talk to the owner and was told the owner will not talk to you. Really? I spent $1000.00 and the owner will not talk to me? One would think that if they truly valued their customers, they would work with them when they make a mistake. Lesson learned. Shameful."
