"Do not bother with this company. I ordered custom cookie jars for family members Thanksgiving weekend with the assurance they would arrive Before my Christmas trip. They did not come. They said they shipped them and they were returned. O.K. So I gave them express instructions how to U.S. Mail them to my office or Fed ex/ UPS them to my office. They screwed up again. I called and they wanted me to pay $40.00 for shipping when they could not follow instructions and refused to refund my purchase. STAY AWAY"

"I was extremely disappointed in this online shopping experience. I ordered a seasonal product (hummingbird feeders), which the website indicated were in stock, and immediately received a notice that the order was received. Instead of tracking info, I was directed to the website, which stated that the feeders would ship within a day and it would take about 3 days to get to my home.

When I hadn't heard anything in 10 days, I tried to contact Willowtreehome. The first few times I called, the phone rang for awhile and then went into a series of shrieking tones that usually indicate an out-of-service number. After a few more tries, I was able to leave a message, but no one returned the call.

I later received a reply to my email message that the order was still in their shipping department - 10 days later! - and should ship within 24 hours.

I shop a LOT online. With most websites, I'm surprised at how fast I receive products, almost always faster than the site predicts. This was abysmal.

This was the first time I ever ordered from this outfit, and I would never order from this site again.

"Horrendous Customer service and quality control. I ordered personalized executive golf putters for my groomsmen from willowtree. At our rehearsal dinner they opened their gift up in front of our family and friends and the putter heads were missing!! I was completely embarassed. How on earth do you send out a putters with missing putter heads! Who is in charge of quality control?! I tried calling my "Personal customer service agent" Vicki. What a joke that was...they never answered the phone ever! Never returned my calls...never returned my e-mails. I got no response and they sent me 2 putter heads in the mail a few weeks later as if that would solve everything. No apology, no reimbursment...nothing. This company is a joke and I will never use or reccommend them. "

"I am not a happy camper. I ordered one item on Dec.8,. I emailed Vicky on the 11th to find out when it would go out, she responded it should be shipped the 12th. Well, it was charged to my account right away, I have received the bill but no sign of this item being shipped out yet. I emailed Vicky again late afternoon on the 12th with my complaint that I still didnt see any info. on this going out and received no response. When I check the order status nothing has changed from the first day I ordered the item. Vey frustrating. I have placed a call but only got a recording, left a message so will see what that produces. This is a Christmas decoration so sure would love to get some use out of it this year. I know it is a busy time of year but have ordered many things on the Internet the last few weeks and everything was mailed out right away with no problems. I would think that an online company would be equipped to handle the rush this time of year or the very least, let me know what's going on."

"I ordered the Personalized Architectural Name Frame and I cannot be more unhappy. The whole thing is very cheaply made and overall very poor quality. I feel like I got ripped off. There is no "matting", just a photocopy printed out and stuck in a cheap frame and covered with thin, scratched up plexiglass. The photocopy on the inside is warped. I bought these for gifts and would feel too embarrassed to actually give them to anyone. Completely overpriced. Emailed my "contact person" and have yet to hear anything back."
