Terrible Service

"Received the wrong part, seller insists its the right part but it doesn't fit my mower, and Ad clearly states that it would fit my mower. Upon multiple email transactions all i asked for was a prepaid shipping label back, their packaging was terrible and it was going to cost me half of what the original part cost to ship it back due to their mistake. After i finally called "Jack" who i assume is the owner he was disrespect, belligerent, wouldn't let me talk, screamed at me, swore, and sounded drunk. Absolutely one of the worst customer experiences of my life. They are not trustworthy and don't know product at all. Avoid at all cost."

"Bought a Tecumseh Carburetor (640262) for a Sears Craftsman lawn mower using a Briggs and Stratton Engine. Lucky for me, I had the engine manual and knew what part to order, arrived a few days later. Was shipped USPS priority. Put the new part on, and now the mower works after adjusting the set screw to allow more gas. If you get this carburetor, turn the set screw all the way tight, which will increase the engine speed. The default setting won't be enough to start the engine. "

"I purchased a new Tecumseh carburetor. The item was defective. When I requested a replacement I was told no. I guess they sell the items working or not and no customer service after the sale. Buyer Beware."

"There are a lot of places to buy Briggs & Stratton parts on the 'net, but so far only Willard's has met my minimum requirements for both price and professionalism. Placed my order on May 17 and had the parts in hand via USPS (my choice) on May 21st. They sent both order and shipping confirmation emails and provided all major shipping carriers so if UPS is not reliable in your area you have a choice. They go on my short list."
