"I should have read the reviews. What a piece of crap!!! If it is real hair as promised then I am Lady Diana! Just getting it out of the bag I ended up with a huge handful of hair. It looks like it was made by a blind monkey. I've read the positive reviews on here and have concluded that they are fake - several look like a foreign translator was used. I would rather go around bald than wear this piece of garbage. Whoever is cashing in on this company should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves - but I know they probably dont care. received in time :-), but....
- the color that does not correspond to the color shown on the site, then doesn't match with my own natural hairs,
- the quality of the product. I have discovered with Wigsdo topper that even if they mentionne "remy human hair" there are different quality of "remy human hairs" ( I have tried in a store a full remy human hair wigs and you can believe me when I say that the quality was very very very...better than Wigsdo "remy human hairs")
- the smell of the product (even if I understand you need to use chemicals product for having blond hairs)
- neither invoice nor other official document from Wigsdo received with the topper - do not help in case of claim...
- when I asked for return (in the right return timeframe mentionned on the site) and even if I propose to find a commercial agreement ( not to refund me the full price but maybe 60%), the only answer I get from this famous "Lucy" (a computer certainly ????) was : "you just need to pay 90 EUR and we can remake new wig for you". But I certainly do not want another unwearable topper ! After several mails reminders, and still same answers coming from "Lucy" , I finally gave up...
An advice : Return are not possible, bad quality of "humain hairs", then if you do not want to loose 175€ like me for something you definitively can't wear... please choose another company.

"I have been engaged in trying to return a wig which was sent to me. It took weeks to get. When it arrived it was not the wig I ordered. It arrived in a box with no paper work or communication of any kind. I went to the website and look through their entire inventory and could not find the wig that was sent to me. It appears that Wigsdo.com operates through another site called hairsale.vip. After MANY emails with hairsale, I've given up trying to return this. First "Lucy" told me that if I sent her USD60 they'd make me another wig. When I no longer was willing to deal with this company, she offered to make another wig for USD50. While I'm sure sometimes things go just fine for customers, it did NOT go well for me. I could never recommend this company. It doesn't stand by the quality of their product."
"I am on chemo therapy and losing hair. I purchased a wig from Wigsdo. It doesn't fit and there are 2 labels in it-one SMALL and one PETITE. The hair color is different from the website photo. The company will not refund my purchase. I have contacted the company many times and even sent photos to them at their request. I get a run around but no solution to my problem. Cancer is bad enough without having to deal with a "DEAF EAR" company. DO NOT USE THEM if you expect a refund on a purchase that does not meet your expectations.
