"My husband ordered $300 worth of lingerie from Wicked temptations website. 60+ days later and half of our order is still not "in stock" and they are unable to provide us with a date or timeline. "I’m not at all impressed with this company . It said expected delivery would be 8 to 21 days. That was over a month ago. I never received an email about tracking # or if it shipped. I have emailed twice in two weeks with no response and they took the money off my account which I’m pretty positive I lost that money I will never get refunded. "We ordered a corset and stockings on the 21st of May. After one week we didn't received any updates. After we send an email they respond quite quickly. One part wasn't in stock. They offered a cancellation of the complete order or for the part that wasn't in stock. Another option was to wait. We chose to cancel one part of the order. The item was shipped to Europe on 31st of May and delivered on 4th of June noon.
The item fits very good and is exact as shown on their webshop. Very good quality.

"Placed and order in October, received 2 out of the 8 items, one had holes in it. Waited months for any response after sending numerous emails inquiring about my other items. Called and was told they had deleted my order and file so basically taking my money and not responding. Told them to dig as i had mymoder number and all other info. They credited me my money back, i then placed a new order to fill the credit, and everything happened again... been 8 months since my original order. 90% of the items on their page are discontinued but they tell you they’ll order them then not respond to anything when you inquire. By the end of it, i told them to write me a check for my money as i will not be ever ordering from them again. They’re a joke. Do NOT waste your time or money. "

"I cannot get a response from this company 25 days after placing and paying for an order. They charged my Visa 3 times initially (not explained why) but two charges were not processed. According to their web site my order is being processed but I cannot get any info from them as to why nothing has been shipped or refunded after 25 days. I will never order from them again and warn others to do the same."

"Ordered a gift for a friend 24 days in advance. I still have not received the package. Seller does not respond to emails. I had to open a PayPal Dispute for response. I told them I needed the product today or a refund. Trish, replied with....sorry for the delay it will ship at the end of the week. Basically the day I needed it. So, no package, no shipment notification and no refund. Very poor customer service. I’m pretty sure Trish is running this all on her own. I also would avoid the 5 star reviews. I’m pretty sure they come from the company themselves. Since it always follows a negative review. Avoid at all costs. "

"I made an order on their website but called to see if I could pick it up since I live in the Los Angeles area. They were really nice and said yes. When I showed up I mentioned that I wished the bikini had a pink trim (cause my skin looks really good against a suit with pink in it). They offered to make one for me on the spot. I always thought that they bought all of their bikinis from other companies but it turns out that they make most of them right there. So 30 minutes later I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I've NEVER had a company do that for me. They are totally cool. And, besides, the people were really nice there. They have a customer for life!"
"I have ordered a couple of times from Wicked Temptations with relatively no problems but my recent order was a huge disappointment. After almost two weeks, my order finally shipped. I had ordered a cute boho inspired black mini dress. The photo of the model on their website showed a short, very fitted dress. The dress I received in the mail, however, was very different. It was definitely the largest "small" I have ever seen. The "mini dress" came down to my knees (I'm 5'4" without heels) and fit like a potato sack. The shoulders were wide enough to fit a line backer. The actual dress is so incongruent with the image on the website, making it difficult to to view this as anything but intent to deceive. I have emailed to request a full refund, including shipping. "

"I was out of town for over a month and ordered over $110 in lingerie for my wife to choose from to wear for my homecoming. I placed my order exactly 14 days before I was expected to be home. It took 8 calendar (5 business) days for them to process my order and another 7 calendar (6 business days) to ship. Needless to say my wife did NOT have the items before I arrived home and I was extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from this company again, I have received items off eBay coming from China in less time than it took them to get me these items shipping from California"
"Ordering is easy and prices are good. Don't believe ship same day if ordered before 2pm they don't. Minimum 3 days before after contacting them asking about order do you find out an item is out of stock and still processing order. Last time I orderded took several weeks to get order. Doubt this time will be different because same thing is happening again"
