2-3 days become 2-3 weeks

"Don't don't buy from this company, 2-3 days turns into weeks. They take your money and do??? I cancelled and found a local dealer to get it overnight? They gave me a bunch of excuses why it was taking so long none were the truth, how do I know? I told the dealership that got the part for me overnight what they said and it was a lie!!!"

HORRIBLE COMPANY........ DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

"I purchased a oil pan & gasket for a 2001 Chrysler Pt cruiser on 6/1/2021. I spent $150.16 for parts and $45.85 for fast shipping. Was given the date of arrival as 6/4/2021. It did not arrive on time, I called them company the following Monday. I spend 2 hours calling the number with no answer during what is on the website as business hours. I finally had a girl answer the phone to put me back on hold for another 45 minutes. After asking about my purchase I was transferred to a man who explained that he would have to order the part from the Chrysler plant and it would take another 2 weeks before I would get it. So let me get this straight... you take my money, give me date to get my purchase, but you have not ordered my product yet. I am still without a vehicle and no one will answer the phone to explain or give me my money back. Folks you think your saving money but your being robbed of your hard earned money. "

Go to your local dealer

"I ordered a heater core for my Dakota from them. Saved me a few bucks from what the dealer wanted. I received the heater core and it was damaged. The heater core was not packaged well to protect it during shipping and it was damaged during the USPS shipping.

Called wholesalemopar and spoke with "John". He directed me to file a claim with USPS and said regardless of the way the item was packaged they would not stand behind it because it left their facility in good condition. I think if they would have packaged it properly it would not have been damaged, but that didn't matter to John. USPS is giving me a check for $100 . I paid $213.64 so I'm out $113.64. Why didn't I just order it from my local dealer???

"I ordered a washer bottle in April 2014.
They shipped the wrong part.
Since then they told me, they would shipp the right one.
I recived no new washer bottle yet nor got my refund yet.
Now they don´t even answer my mails since 2 weeks.

"i found these guys looking for an odd part. I needed the splash shields on the front brakes of my 96 jeep cherokee. they had them and at a great price. got them fast and would do business with them again."
