Debbie walked me though the order by phone and assured me the order would be shipped the same day. When UPS delivered my package to the wrong address Dan was on the phone with them trying to get my package to me as I was down to 1 day before the event. Karen even said a prayer with me on the phone that I would receive my package. I did get it the afternoon before the event. Thank you Wholesale for Everyone for all of your help. AND, I LOVE the bandannas. There will be over 100 handsome pups out there!"

"I am so beyond frustrated with the situation. I ordered 60 items for NEXT DAY AIR by 10:30 am for $108. Noon next day comes and no item received. I called the company and the owner I spoke to was so, extremely rude. He told me it was my fault that I can't read that in fine print it says orders are processed next day. Which would result in 2 day shipping. He refused to cancel the shipping charge but would refund $25 of the $108 for "my" mistake. He was screaming at me as I tried to stay calm. Then told me he refused to ship to me. I repeatedly stated how frustrated I was and eventually hung up. I have never in my life been spoken to the way this man has. He was degrading and basically robbing you of your money. I hope I get refunded for my amount and the shipping charge."
