"I placed an order on Ebay to buy a big screen tv, I payed using Paypal, so payment went wright threw. Order Date July 31. Wholesale Connections used a Co. called Eagle Freight. Ok TV shows up on Auguest 11th, TV has a big crack on it so I send it back. Talked with Wholesale and do not have a replacement and will recieve refund. OK First the TV sat on a shipping dock for 2 weeks before it could ship back to wholesale, not sure what the hold up was on that but I don't blame wholesale for that but now wholesale has had my tv in there wearhouse for three weeks and they have given me every excuse for no refund yet. One was Eagle has not inspected the tv yet. What was it doing on the shipping dock for two weeks. Now it has been inspected and eagles corp. office has not approved it yet. This has been going on for almost 2 months now and still no refund Say clear. Wholesale blames Eagle and Eagle blames Wholesale. I just want my 2,699.00 dollars back.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS CO. IF YOU NEED A REFUND

Now Dec 13th and still not refunded. Calling credit card co. There is no excuse for almost 4 months with out refund....."

"I placed an order for an item that was listed as "In Stock" on their website and recieved an immediate order confirmation. Waited 2 days for a shipping confirmation and then finally called to find out that the item I ordered was being brought in from one of their stores and it would be a week before that happened. Several days later I received an e-mail letting me know that the item was out of stock entirely, and they could not fulfill my order. Thus wasting a week of my time and making it necessary to order from someone else . "

"I ordered the Audiovox TFT5000 from WholeSale Connection and was extremely satisfied with the purchase.

I had noticed that some sites (including the Audiovox website) listed this product as having an AM/FM radio as well as the TV. When I downloaded the manual I saw no mention of the AM/FM radio. I decided to order regardless as I was mostly interested in the TV.

I received a call from wholesale connection (whose site did not list it having an AM/FM radio) the day after I placed my order to let me know that there was no AM/FM radio in spite of what the Audiovox site listed. They wanted to make sure I still wanted to buy the product.

That was it - no up sell, no pressure, just wanted to make sure I was aware that Audiovox listed a feature that wasn't there.

The only issue was I didn't receive a notification of shipping. I sent e-mail to inquire and was promptly provided this information and the product arrived shortly there after.
