"I have been ordering from them for years and have always been pleased with shipping time and quality of materials. This time I was promised the canvases would arrive a day or two before my event. The night before they still hadn’t arrived. I had to rush to a local Michael’s right before they closed and spend $350 to purchase 10 canvases. I was lucky they had that many. During the event the next day, my order arrived. So I paid 4 times what I had intended with 10 unused canvases. Very disappointing."

"The ordering process was simple and fast. The pictures arrived fast as well. One package was damaged beyond belief, but the picture was not damaged, really hard to believe. One picture did arrive, where the artwork was not positioned properly, with the signature at the top of the art facing the ceiling. Not a big deal, because of the type of art that I purchased, no one would know, but just wanted to point that out in case management was interested. Overall , I like what I paid for and would shop from them again.

"The fronts were white but lots of the canvases had yellow spots and defects — I assume this is the industrial glue they use — which might mean they aren’t stable surfaces for art long term.
Most canvases were presentable but I had to repaint a bunch for my students.
