Dear WGAC,

"Dear WGAC,

I have been using your product for a couple of years now and am happy with the quality of it and your service, however, I just want to let you know that Im looking for a different subscription service because of one thing. The paper that you wrap the rolls in is just SOOOOOOOOO ugly! I know it seems petty, but I stack the rolls in my bathroom and absolutely hate looking at them. They're not just a little ugly, they are full on hideous, cringeworthy, offensive. They look like Romper Room and a few virus lab petri dishes had an unfortunate union.

I mean really, you make a fine product, so why disrespect it so? Does anybody actually enjoy those heinous patterns? Who made those designs? Who's idea was this? And then, who were the others in your company who said "Yeah, those wrappings look super gross! Lets go with it!"

So, I felt you should know. Im searching now for a different company to "go" with as I simply cannot bear another year of dying just a little bit inside every time I reach for a fresh roll.

Took a while to reach them but then they were okay

"These guys sell paper products made of recycled materials, bamboo and other renewables, delivered to your door. They offer a 30-day money back guarantee with free shipping both ways. I placed an order, received it in a timely fashion. So far so good.

I didn't like the products I received. The recycled toilet paper has the texture of paper towels and the paper towels are thin and narrow. Definitely not worth the premium price.

Their response to my request for a return label was an auto-responder with a link to a video of a turtle playing with a ball and "Someone from our Customer Happiness team will be in touch to help out as soon as possible." Then nothing. I emailed several times and never received another response. (Yes, I did check my spam filters).

Finally I found their Facebook page and messaged them there. They replied about 12 hours later. They had issued a refund, no returns necessary, and all is well. I took off 2 stars because they didn't respond to emails or have a way to phone them.
