"I am very unhappy with this company. I returned the product in June 2006 and I still to this day (Dec. 2006) have not received my refund of $100. Do not make the same mistake I did of wanted a free sample. IT IS NOT FREE!! Block your credit card of this company if you know what is best for you!!"

"I too ordered the free sample and had to only pay 3.95 for shipping. I did not notice the fine print that said something to the effect that I would receive more treatments. I only noticed when I received my bank statement yesterday that I was not only charged $115.15 once but I was charged twice.Yet I only received one treatment. I have called several times and left a message in hopes that someone would call me back so I could fix this PROBLEM. I have yet to receive a call back. I too have blocked this company from using my card and highly recommend that everyone else do the same. I will NEVER send for a free sample again. Like they say nothing is free."

"these people are crooks,scammers,never got my 3.95
sample,billed 106.95 for 60 day supple that i didnt even know about,i called them and told them i was reporting them,she said go ahead.they should be shut down

"I ordered the $3.95 FREE treatment that appears on their website home page: http://www.whiteovernite.com/

After check-out, I saw the notice about an "Autoship" where they are to bill & ship a 60-day supply within the next 14 days and charge my credit card $89.95 + shipping ($16.95). So in 14 days, they will bill my credit card for $106.90.

I have called the company and talked to a rep. who is not willing to acknowledge any misunderstanding or misreprenstation, and will not cancel anything until after this $106.90 is billed and product shipped.

I, too, advise a block on your card for this merchant. This is a scam, and I've prided myself in not getting caught up in this kind of stuff - but they got me. Am trying to get out of this mess, but will not know the outcome for a few weeks.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
