"I ordered a front rim for my 335i. Front rims are 18x8 and rear rims are 18x8.5. The first rim was the wrong size. Was actually a rear rim. Work with their return people and tell them I want a replacement. But I asked them to make sure to measure it before it left the warehouse. They responded they measured and it had shipped. What did I get today. The wrong **** size"

Took several emails for the company to respond and the warranty to replace them is to spend more of your money with no guarantee that it will not happen again. They're response was possibly faulty coating spray. On all 5 rims? They're products are junk!!!!! Don't waste your money!!!!!"
"Ordered a 4x2 steel wheel, they shipped a 4x4 wheel. Not knowing it was a 4x4 wheel while painting it black my mechanic friend informed me it wouldn't fit, they shipped the wrong wheel. Never mounted a tire on it or used it. They sent me they're "policy". **** ... they made the mistake not me. But they refuse to correct it. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE IDIOTS."
"Purchased 4 Rims, received 3. The 4th was lost at a UPS depot due to a Missing label. Contacted CSR (Twice) and was told that they could not ship a replacement, due to being OUT of stock !? SO, I can't replace the studded snows with my summer tires Untill I can find another matching rim !? WON'T shop here again, Multiple shipments from different wherehouses, Errors in labeling, Slow response from 1st contact, caused unwanted problems, I'll take my three and RUN !!!"
"I needed a rim for my 2001 bmw. I placed the order on a Monday and by the time I received the tracking number via email, the package was already delivered! Rim was installed and good to go the next day."
"Ordered a wheel and the next day tried to cancel the order if it had not been shipped. I specifically stated in my email only cancel if it had not been shipped. Well it had already been shipped. So I expected it to be delivered to me. I keep waiting and finally checked the shipping notice and saw that it had been redelivered back to the warehouse that it was shipped from. So I ended up needing the wheel and had to reorder it which they charged me again for the wheel. Tried to get a refund for the first wheel. They said it would take a few days to get a credit on my card. Never did get the credit. I called 4 months later and they had to send a check which came from the manufacturer of the wheel, not the seller. I only got back what the seller paid for the wheel not the price I paid the seller. This is a ripoff online seller. I wish I had read all these complaints about this seller before I ordered from them.

"Got an error during checkout on the webpage and being that the site was already not the most professional looking I decided to pay a little extra and buy somewhere else. I checked my email to see if the sale had gone through but there was never anything confirming that an order had been placed. A few weeks later I got an email saying my hub cap had shipped but by this point I'd already ordered one from a diff company. I called to complain and say I didn't want it but the rude customer service rep told me it was already out for shipping and that their system indicated I had received a confirmation email I never got. When I got th hubcap that I no longer wanted - it didn't even fit on my tire. The other 16'' from a different source was fine but the '16' I got from wheels and caps wasn't even the right size despite being advertised as a 16 inch. So I call to return and they say they won't charge me the restocking fee but I do have to pay for shipping. I just paid $13 to ship back something I didn't want, that wasn't even the right size. Fix your website, your customer service, and your inventory. Unacceptable. "
"I ordered a wheel for my car and told the other places I was looking at that I was all set. 2-3 days later, I received an email that said the wheel wasn't in stock. Why is it on the website then? Also, I went back on the website a couple days after the email, and the same item was still on the site! Finally, I have sent 3 different emails and called the company and haven't heard a thing back. Complete joke and I will be reporting them to the BBB."
"I was looking to purchase 1 wheel rim for my Volvo. The website said they had the rim in stock. Just for giggles I updated the quantity to 5 rims. The website said they did not have 5 rims. So before I placed my order for the 1 rum, I decided to call Wheels and Caps. I gave them the part number to verify the rim was in stock. It was not. So I asked Amber would they be ordering the rim. She said "no" with the attitude that she could care less. I wonder what would have happened if I had consummated the deal and sent them my credit card. I'm so glad I avoided the headache of trying to get my money back."

"Avoid this company if you can! I wish I had read the posted reviews, I would have saved myself a lot of headache and money. This company is just a broker and not the actual seller. Because of this there is a disconnect between customer service and "the warehouse". Website clearly states your order will ship in 1-2 business days...this is untrue in my case. I checked the website after two days and item was not fulfilled /shipped. Called the third day to cancel the shipment ( if I knew it would take three days to ship I would have taken my business elsewhere). Customer service gave me the run around about how they can't control warehouse issues. Website clearly stated "items will ship in 1-2 days" Long story short they would not cancel my shipment on the third day in the morning. BTW I paid for 2 day air am delivery three business days prior. I will contact the BBB tomorrow and file a complaint for falsely advertising the shipping polices. Probably a fine company to order from if you don't need an item in a short peroid of time...otherwise avoid them!"

They will take your money and send you rims that you didn't order. On top of that, they are extremely rude over the phone and make it seem like its your fault that you got the wrong rim. I spoke with Heather, who is apparently the manager of wheelsandcaps, who told me that the rim was not in stock, and stated that she would not try to locate a replacement for me because that's something that they don't do. You would think that someone in that situation would be apologetic, and try to do everything that they could to get you the right rim. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here with 3 rims that I don't know what to do with, because they would only give me a shipping label for the one that was mismatched. The bottom line is that these people are dishonest and have no regard for customer service. Beware of this crooked company!!"
"They had the wheel I needed at a good price. The other discount places didn't seem to have it in stock and the big stores wanted $100 more. I saw the reviews were questionable, but the description fit what I needed perfectly, the picture looked right, and the model # matched what I have seen on other sites.
Shipping was very quick and product was well packed. The wheel is on my car now and working as well as I can tell. Would use again."
"I placed my order with Wheels And Caps first... and then read the reviews. I saw lots of negative feedback, so I was nervous. But I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt; I'm glad I did. I placed an order for a replacement rim for my 2003 Subaru on a Tuesday afternoon. It arrived on my doorstep Friday morning. I had it mounted at the local garage for $25 without any problems. Granted, a lot of the negative feedback has to do with their customer service department, which I did not need to deal with. But my individual experience was just fine, the order arrived quickly and correctly, the price was reasonable. I can't ask for more."
