Lisa helped me pick out the right razor and showed me all of the products. You could spend hours there because they have everything in stock!
A couple of days later I had the pleasure of meeting Christine at the store. I needed some supplies at the last minute so Christine met me at the store 3 hours after they had closed. She spent about an hour with me and showed me brushes, razor/brush stands, soaps, shaving creams,and after shave balms. She made sure she knew my skin type and what problems I was experiencing as a new wet shaver. At one point she called John just to get his input and to make sure I was buying the items that were right for me.
I'm an avid researcher when it comes to buying some things and I love shopping on Amazon because of the prices and item reviews. West Coast Shaving's prices are equal or cheaper than Amazon including shipping. However, you cannot get the customized service from Amazon that you get from WCS. The WCS website is top notch and very easy to navigate and find items.
My only concern (a small one at that)is email and telephone support could be a tad better if you're looking for quick answers. But customer service is phenomenal once you connect with anyone who works there. They really go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Their shopping cart and email follow-up telling you an item has shipped really keeps you informed. And your item is processed within a very short time after ordering online. I will definitely be a long time customer! "
