I emailed West Coast Shaving and instead of shrugging me off (USPS tracking DID say the package made it to its destination, after all), the re-sent the order! Incredible. Will be shopping with them again."

"I am very happy with this company. I have been using a straight razor for years and only discovered them by accident when searching for Feather Razors. Their prices are EXTREMELY competitive. (The feather razor cost $50.00 less than on other websites). There was a small problem when i first placed the order, but in trying to resolve the issue i was personally called by one of the owners and the problem was resolved within a few hours. I've ordered from WCS several times and if you live in the U.S., there is simply no reason to shop anywhere else for shaving supplies (unless they do not carry the particular item you are interested in). Their prices are usually among the lowest anywhere, they treat you as if you are their most important customer, and each time I have ordered I have received my item within three days. Amazon offers competitive pricing, but you typically wait up to two weeks for your order. I believe in rewarding great companies with return business. I will shop at WCS for as long as they continue to operate."
