"One of my office PCs developed a problem where I had to repair MS Office 2013. That fixed the issue but then failed to reactivate. The office staff did not have the product key, so I had to purchase a new key to activate the software. I tried another vendor who sold me the wrong version (2016) and then charged me a restocking fee because I missed their fine print indicating that they could substitute. I went to WestCoast Pals and bought a new key. Unfortunately this didn't work - it was accepted by the program but would not activate. I sent a request to their support email and received almost instantaneous responses. After trying several fixes, they did a remote session and found a possible conflict - Another software vendor had sold me Publisher 2016 when I requested 2013. SInce when do vendors advertise one product and substitute another without making it clear upfront! During this process I ended up with MS Office Home and Office & Professional 2013 and Publisher 2016 installed. Support resolved the problem by uninstalling all of the other software and upgrading me to MS Office 2013 Pro - which included Publisher - at no additional charge! My concerns were that I would have to rebuild the exchange server setting etc for Outlook. No problems - the installation ran quickly and without incident. I have been in IT support for most of my career - retired from AT&T after 38 years and have never had a more professional support experience. My office and personal software shopping will begin with West Coast Pals in the future. Good prices, GREAT support"

"I purchased a license for office 2013 professional and the purchasing experience was flawless. I had an unusual request to install the office software on a drive other than the C: drive. The C2R version does not give you an option to install other than the C: drive. After some research I found that you can install a junction point to redirect the software installation to any drive you wish. This is very helpful it you have a SSD as a main drive. The software installed verified and works perfectly on my D: drive. The customer support team was very helpful and my overall experience was A++++. Based on my experience, I would recommend West Coast Pals for any software they offer."
