"Terrible. My order was only half fulfilled. I was charged twice as much as expected. Took me several attempts and a demand to talk with a supervisor before I got a person. They argue with the customer to make themselves in the right. Finally, they credited me a small portion of the whole order. I'll take that, but NEVER use this company again!

"Terrible Service....1st - I request my order be delivered on Friday or Saturday before mothers day. As of this moment, Monday after mothers day, mom still doesn't have flowers. 2nd... Once I learned she didn't receive them by Saturday as requested, I called and requested to speak to someone who could cancel order and refund money, I was put thru to an automated system asking for email, phone and nature of call. It said someone would contact me and no one ever did. I went online an filled out another form, requesting to cancel order since it was not delivered by mothers day, still no response. The online Return policy says you cant get your money back for processing or delivery fees and are charged 30% of purchase price. They apparently are not interested in satisfying their customers, they only want your money then they do what they want. I had to get a relative to go out and purchase flowers from a local store so that mom could have flowers for mothers day since I live 1000 miles away. 3rd....I googled "Florist in Galloway, OH" and they came up, turns out they are out of Michigan. You are not speaking to anyone local to the area you think you are calling. I feel so ripped off! My advice is if you are ordering flowers for someone, first of all ask them where exactly they are located and if you hear lots of talking in the background as I did, you are probably reaching some huge processing center, only God knows where. Lies, Lies and more Lies!

"This is a great marketing trick. There is no Wesley Berry Flowers in Palm Coast FL. It's basically a marketing company that advertises online targeting certain geographical areas, like Palm Coast and processes all of the orders through a big 3rd-party florist. Horrible customer service and I'll save you some time by just disputing the charge with your credit card (vs. trying to get it done with customer service) or better yet, just don't order in the first place."

"Very Dishonest! Total scam, and takes advantage of the consumers. Ordered $30 flowers and was charged $68.00 and thats after discounts of over $90!! I called to cancel immediately and they told me I would have to incur a 30% cancelation fee! I found out that they basically take your oder and place it with a local florist for and charge with $20 plus in ordering fees. "

Unfortunately I decided to use this company as a last minute resource, it was a big mistake. Not only did they NOT respond with confirmation
But withdraw the money from my account immediately
Order was NOT as per what I paid or the standards of a
4-5 start rating But order was incomplete and arrangement delivered at the end of the day!
Seriously!!! After all this they did not even care to reply to my complain.

"Terrible experience. The deceased name was misspelled (changing the gender); customer order taking and service is difficult to get through. The florist who delivered the flowers and order (Garner & Duff) wouldn't replace the card until she was "on her way home tonight".
I should have looked at the reviews before I used this service.

"Just as PortlandOR said -Wesleyberry is guilty of fraudulent practices, IMHO. They give you a total that seems appropriate, THEN after you put in all info and place order, it is in your confirmation of order and delivery that you find they tacked on $30 in additional charges without your approval -too late to do anything but call them (if you can get through) and try to cancel. Who ever heard of a "Sales fee"? I, for one, am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the Knetucky Attorney general's office and the federal Consumer Protection Agency with an interstate fraud complaint. Needless to say, even giving a one star is really too generous for this company!"

"This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They charged me THREE separate service charges. I got $30 in service and sales fees tacked on to my purchase after I confirmed my purchase. This resulted in service fees costing more than the bouquet itself. When I call customer service, I am routed to India - to people who have no authority to cancel my order. The first two calls I made were also "transferred" to supervisors; after waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes I was then prompted to "leave a message." Are you effing kidding? Don't buy anything from these people. It is nothing but a headache."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. I've called customer service over 12 times (and I'm still calling) to simply reschedule an order that is due to be delivered today and I am sent to a voice mail every time. I've asked to speak to a manager to resolve this matter and I continue to be sent to a voice mail. This is the worst 3rd party florist broker I've ever dealt with and the worst customer service I've experienced in my 40 years of sending flowers. I implore you to NEVER use this company."

"Flower Delivery Express and Wesley Berry Flowers are one in the same company. DO NOT order flowers from them!! What is pictured is not even close to what you will get. They are guilty of fraudulent advertisement and thievery; in a nutshell they are scam artist preying upon people who are looking to make life and hard times a little brighter. Pretty sure that nowhere is 4 roses and a handful of baby’s breath worth 183.00. When they were contacted about this discrepancy in quality, they stated their policy is that substitutions maybe be made due to availability of flowers. I read the policy from my printed receipt to the customer service agent which states “ In event that your selection is unavailable, a substitution of comparable quality and value will be delivered"in what world is 4 roses and baby’s-breath comparable to a floral arrangement containing not only roses but various flowers not just fillers. I was then told that they could offer me only $20.00 refund and that was the most they could do. I asked to speak with someone higher up and was told that “wasn't going to happen”. I then told the Customer service personal that I got the feeling this happened all the time and this was the normal service and quality provided. She snorted and laughed saying “You would not be incorrect”.
These companies should be closed down and no longer allowed to scam people, to prey on then to steal from the general public.
