"Terrible experience with WeRecoverData.com. They charged LOTS more for faster service, and then took TWICE as long as they said, and then did not notice a problematic pattern, making the whole $10k+ expense functionally worthless.

They claim to offer a satisfaction guarantee when you sign the contract, but read the language more carefully and it says the guarantee is "at their discretion"--and guess what, their discretion is to NOT please the customer and not to refund anything, even when they didn't do what you paid for (they require you wire them $ before releasing data). I would strongly recommend avoiding this company!!!!!!!!!!

PS: they may claim I'm not in their database. If so, that is because our IT person, George Issac Proctor was the contact (I own the business). After they were unwilling to take any responsibility for a terrible experience with their company, I told them I would post negative reviews wherever I could. This review is legit and I'm ****. In fact, going to contact the Vermont Attorney General's office--they are that bad!"
