Shameless bank, customer service said!

"Does your bank treat customers like this? On Sunday. Tell me that I can't increase my Atm withdrawal amount. Because the service department can rest! Can't solve my problem? You must give me a statement. You have delayed my very serious things! Complaint No. 5997804"

Transaction Claim

"I had issues with total wireless not shipping my 196$ phone for a month. I called my bank and within 2 days of filing the claim I had the credit back in my account. they continued to keep in contact with me until the claim was finished."

"I was a happy customer of Wachovia for over 15 years. Wells Fargo is dishonest and has one of the worst customer service. I will close my Wells Fargo premier banking accounts and put my equity somewhere else."

"Opening an account with the bank was a huge mistake these ass holes that wrk there made me spent the holidays with out using my account, i had a problem with my atm card so i went in to the bank to get it fixed these idot there told me they they have to order me a new one so i was like ok..ill get it before the holidays its january 02 2012 and i have not recieved any card.... i contacted them then they r telling me no card was ordered... i swear thats where the cops comes in cause il may get into trouble if i walk up in there,,, worst bank officially!!!"

"Verified by Visa -- if you are like me, you can't remember the passwords that you don't often use. Verified by Visa is not in my frequent use list, so when I completed transaction at NewEgg and V-by-Visa came up I simply closed window thinking that the transaction would be finished. ---WRONG!!!!!! My WF visa charged me even though the transaction WAS NOT verified - by Visa or by me. I called and waited on hold the usual 10 minutes, got a human who went on to say, "Oh this is a merchant level issue - Has nothing to do with WELLS FARGO. Thank fully NewEgg fixed everything, so They get 2 thumbs up & Wells Fargo gets my wrath. errggg! You can read the NewEgg citation below.

Once you know, You NewEgg!!!! This was my 3rd purchase from NewEgg, suggested by my SuperLinuxGeek older brother. Problems: On the first purchase I went through the usual registration blah blah & completed transaction with Wells Fargo Visa, thinking I am finished, then up pops "Verified by Visa". What a pain in the neck. I have used it only once or twice, so couldn't recall the password, so I close the window thinking that I will have to start over again. !!!!!! Closing the window does not stop a "Verified by Visa" transaction. So I was charged for product without my knowing it. Thank the Lord, NewEgg is an above reproach company and they listened to me, they refunded the cost, and paid for return shipping. WOW!!! I am sold on NewEgg.

I have gone on to make another purchase there the item referenced on this page. Outstanding customer service. Thanks, NewEgg!

"I deposited my paycheck on Friday and even asked how long it takes for my money to be available. I was told one business day, which of course should mean Monday. So today I go to use my debit card and it's denied. I pull up my account online and it says "pending" by my deposit. Turns out the "one business day" means if you make the deposit by 4:00 pm. I made it at about 4:45 when the bank was still open. Previously my deposits made after 4 on Friday have been available on Monday. Turns out, if you use the ATM to make a deposit you have till 6:00 pm to get the one business day turn time. I've been doing it that way. I only went into the bank last Friday because the ATM was out of deposit envelopes. If I had asked for a deposit envelope and then walked outside the bank and deposited via the ATM, this BS wouldn't have happened.

So I get these outrageous overdraft fees because, for whatever reason, the bank's deposit system doesn't work as well if you walk in the bank as it does if you use the ATM. How's that for BS?

I called them up and they refused to overturn any of the fees. They said they could only do it if it was a bank error. Excuse me? The clerk told me it took one business, but didn't specify it's only if you make the deposit by 4 pm in the bank or by 6 pm in the ATM. I told them his leaving out those very important details was a bank error.

Each overdraft is $34. It's not like I was some bozo who didn't bother to keep track. I meticulously had all this in Quicken, and the math told me I had the money there. It's money I earned. I have the right to use it. I told them to reverse the charges or I'll find another bank, both for my checking and savings accounts and for the mortgage I'm applying for next year when I buy a house. They're going to lose all that money in interest over 30 years because they refused to reverse a couple $34 charges that they have no business hitting me with.
