"I got a computer from them that was broken. HP eventually took care of it, but not after weeklycloseouts ignored every email I sent them asking for guidance. They have no phone number! How in the world do you contact a company that does not want to be contacted? Beware of any business that doesn't have a phone number. I give them an 8 for the price of the computer, a 2 for the quality of the computer, and a 0 for customer service."

"Let me start off saying that my initial impressions with this company were favorable. The item shipped in a timely manner.
Upon receiving the item, I realized it was different than what I ordered. Customer service was great at issuing a call tag and getting me a new unit out.
The fact that I never had to pay return shipping speaks volumes for the company, as well as knowing that I was going to be taken care of thanks to superb customer service.

Bottom line: great prices and excellent customer service make this a company I will look to for future purchases. Highly recommend this company.

"I have made two orders from this site. Prices are decent and have had no problems (except having to wait a few days so pending charges on cc would expire so I could afford the item). Nice thing about this site is you get 7 days to purchase an item, especially good if you're getting close to your credit card limit (yes, low-limit credit card but money in savings to pay). I still love the projector I bought. :)"

"Purchased an EMachine for this company and price and delivery were excellent.

Four months into use, the system failed and when the equipment was shipped back to EMachines for repair they wanted $650.00 for a motherboard and said they would not repair under warranty since WeeklyCloseouts was not an "authorized" reseller for Gateway/EMachines.

Gateway/EMachines were the most unhelpful in trying to resolve the problem and would not budge on the warranty issue. After reading quite a few sites regarding problems with EMachines, it became obvious that Gateway/EMachines will do all in their power not to honor a warranty.

I sent a note to WeeklyCloseouts describing the problem and got a quick response from them. They noted that they standby their onsite statement specifying that all products come with the manufacturers warranty and asked for a few days to get the problem resolved.

EMachines sent the computer back unrepaired and for some unknown reason, it started working again.

WeeklyCloseouts said they would get the warranty item fixed with Gateway or replace the machine or give a refund.

In a few days they sent an email with a Return Authorization Number (even though the product was months past the time to return the product).

They followed up with a call to let me know that the RMA had been approved and I let them know that the number would not be required because the machine had started working again with no problems.

They stated that IF the problem cropped up again in a reasonable time I should call them and they would send me a new RMA.

In these days when there are so many sites out to rip off the consumer, it was refreshing to has this company stand behind every word printed on their site and then going beyone what would be expected.

They have some very nice deals that you must act quickly on but I would not hesitate to recommend or use their services as soon as an appropriate product presents itself. Thank you weeklycloseouts.com
