"We didn't catch these reviews until after we ordered and probably wouldn't if we did, but ordered for our entire wedding party from WeddingTropics and were pleasantly surprised at the quality. The customer service was always helpful, and delivery was exactly as they promised. Best of all the products were simply beautiful. I am not sure what happened on these other orders, but I would urge anyone who has any question to call them, you won't be disappointed with how flattering their look is on your men!"

"Horrible! Customer service is non-existent, half of my groomsmen did not receive their orders even though they promised they would by a certain date. No answer when I wrote and called asking for a refund/discount. Their website looks great, but they are poor busnessmen. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!"

"I ordered my wedding clothing from WeddingTropics.com and they stated 21 to 28 day turnaround. I didn't receive my order until March 1st (50 Days). This made it impossible to get alterations in a timely manner for wedding on March 8th. Only one of my groomsmen out 4 received their orders from around the order time frame. They stated that it was a supply / demand issue and did not offer refunds. The customer service is an email or leave a VM. The customer service is poor at best and the high prices do not reflect quality of work nor service."
