"I am not the type to write reviews or comments on anything but after my wonderful experience with Wedding Shop USA, I decided I have to let the word out on what a great website this is. Everyone who has planned a wedding or just had a wedding knows how stressful it can get at times. The last thing you want is to have a bad online shopping experience when ordering items for your SPECIAL DAY. I browsed through several other websites trying to find the cheapest prices and off course great customer service. Before I came across Wedding Shop USA, I kept trying to get a hold of a particular website. Never answered my calls eventhough I called during business hours, and have yet to respond to my emails or messages. I came across Wedding Shop USA and had questions about some items I wanted to order but weren't in stock. I sent an email and within 12 hours I heard back from them! I spent about a week emailing the same person back and forth with questions I had about the wedding items and she always responded right away and was very professional. A week later I was ready to place my order and I did. I gave that same person a heads up on my order and asked her to please let me know when one of the items was in stock. She said "Off course, I will let you know." Now that is the kind of customer service everyone should provide!
