"I ordered 3 gifts over 2 weeks before Christmas, with no indication it would be over a week until it shipped. I called after a week and was told it would ship the next Monday, but one of the people I was giving the present to was leaving that Saturday. I was assured it would be shipped to get here on time, and there would be a note on the file to ship the proper way. That Monday got a note that shipper had been notified of the package to ship. Called on Christmas Eve as have not gotten the 3 presents yet and another person leaving 2 days after Christmas. Told that my credit card had not cleared as entered so they have not shipped it yet. Cannot get them at a local store Asked they ship overnight so I get them the day after Christmas, but now 10:30 Christmas eve and no notice of shipment. We will see if it is here the day after Christmas to get two of the presents delivered a day late for a plus 2 week order.
Very different that every other web experience where you know the inventory, it is shipped the next day and able to track so you know it is on the way."
