After reviewing the list I noticed the $500 enphase IQ+ was missing. I emailed both the salesman and the designer and questioned this and received no response. I felt leaving out this important item to be perceived as the lowest bid was questionable."
"We put up a 10KW grid tie system on our house last year. Very good price and helpful with decision making.
We put up another grid tie system on our shop this year 12KW. We had a broken panel from shipping, they were helpful in getting that taken care of. Also this year they have a new system of giving a very good list of plans with a lot of info, including a picture of your home with the panels installed. Also we had trouble with two solaredge inverters last year, even though that was frustrating, solaredge did send out new units right away.

"1 star. Don't do it. The price may be attractive but you'll get what you pay for - terrible customer service and missed commitments. Box 1 of 2 was received with missing cables. Pedro, the owner, indicated that he would provide a refund but he never followed through. Box 2 was never received. We attempted to pick it up multiple times (3) but the product was never made available (even after WeboSolar confirmed pick-up details). After we called to complain, they promptly cancelled our order. I'm not sure they ever had the inventory to support the order. This appears to be a fly-by-night operation. I'd suggest that you purchase from a larger, more reputable company. Do not recommend.

"I ordered a complete of grid system. After ordering, the folks a Webosolar informed me some of the parts from their suppliers were back ordered pushing my order a month out. Pedro and Tanya quickly found second suppliers, and swapped out some of the parts with different brands at no additional cost to me. They consistently stayed in contact keeping me aware of all changes and tracking information to make sure I received my order on time. If you are installing a grid tied or off grid system Webosolar is the right choice.

I decided to order some batteries with them a little while ago because I liked their quick service. The batteries arrived damaged and I was upset, but customer service walked me through the process of sending pictures and filing a claim, so that I could get replacement batteries with no extra charge.
