"The customer service was brillant ~ the laptop which I had ordered became out of stock and as We Are Electricals where unable to source it from anywhere they then checked other laptops that they had in stock that fitted the criteria of the one ordered. They rang me back when they had found one and sent it next day special delivery for which I was very grateful due to my server having crashed and hence no computer.

I would certainly check their website again for anything that I might need before checking elsewhere.

"I ordered a pair of monitors from Weareelectricals despite the bad reviews that they have on many online review sites. I had called them and spoke to customer services and was assured that despatch would be swift e.t.c. I went ahead and ordered online using their pay by bank transfer to make things a bit cheaper.

Two days past and they said that they had not received the order so I checked with my bank and was told that the payment had left the account at the time of the order but could take a couple of days for the faster payment as it was my first transfer to that particular account. I called WeAreElectricals as I needed the units ASAP. They offered to return the money to my account as soon as the money arrives in their account so I could go and buy elsewhere in the knowledge that I wouldn't have 4 monitors by the end of the week. I thought that reasonable. I decided to wait.

The day the payment went through they called me to ask if I'd rather have the money refunded or the order continued. I took the units on next day delivery and they arrived the following day no problem. I was surprisingly impressed by this as I understand that they have a frightful online record. I don't know if I was lucky or if they have bucked up their ideas since all the complaints I have read but they are pretty decent. The bank transfer thing is a little strange but it does work in the end, they are cheap and seemingly decent. "
