"These guys really suck, I would not recommend buying from them. They sent me a DOA, something they claim "rarely" happens. Little did I know until I had jammed a CD in the tray, and had to send the thing in for repair the day after I got it. I was informed by the repair shop that it was a faulty unit. "WeGotBetterDeals" has a whopping 7 day return policy, so I was out of luck there anyway. Don't even try to call them with a problem, they never answer their phone and never return messages anyway. BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE BUMS."

"Refurbished Panasonic portable DVD player was defective on receipt. Wegotbetterdeals suggested I contact Panasonic. Panasonic wanted me to send the unit to a service center at my expense
(approx. $25. Wegotbetterdeals refused to take the item back and said Panasonic is responsible.

"I ordered a refurbished Polaroid digital frame on 11/15/08. The navigational buttons on the frame did not work and there were no batteries in the frame remote (which took watch type batteries, supposed to be included). I bought some batteries and got the remote to work. I looked up wegotbetterdeals shipping policy which would have cost shipping and a restocking fee to return, so I just kept the frame and use the remote to get to the menu, but I will not be doing business with wegotbetterdeals again."

" On Tuesday, 12/30/08, I ordered a TV on-line from WeGotBetterDeals. By email, WGBD acknowledged the order, followed shortly after, about 4 pm, by a "Ship Notification" from UPS. So far so good. But I realized immediately something was wrong. UPS made it clear that they were going to ship me TWO identical TVs--not one as I thought I had ordered. I immediately, abt 4:40 pm, emailed the customer service dept seeking an explanation, hoping to correct any misunderstanding before UPS began the shipping process. On Thursday, Jan 1, I received an email saying that someone would look into the matter, Saturday two TVs arrived, and on Sunday I got my explanation: according to WGBD I ordered two--not by indicating I wanted two, but (according to Customer Service), by making the same order twice. But I got more than an explanation. I got the message: Screw you, buddy. You can send one TV back by paying shipping and a 15% return fee (about $100 total). My inadvertent error (if indeed I made an error) will cost me $100, WGBD's 3- or 4- day delay in acting on my alarm cost them nothing. They have lost at least one potential good customer forever, and I'll do what I can to make it more. "

"They are the rudest seller I have encountered on eBay. Their customer service is non-existent, and their attitude just plain SUCKS. They obviously don't care what their customers think, when you look at their other reviews and their feedback on eBay. BEWARE of this seller!!!

I purchased an Olympus Stylus 1030 camera from these folks through their store on eBay. The item was purchased and paid for on 9/7, yet I had to contact them on 9/12 just to find out when the item was shipped (I had needed it by 9/18 - over a week 1/2 time, and almost all good eBay sellers ship immediately after payment is received). Seller stated item was shipped via UPS 1Z T26 38T 03 5556 463 6. That number had no tracking info other than the billing information had been received. I contacted the seller again to ask what the problem is, and the seller had a nasty attitude, pandering back and forth with me via email, being extremely rude. Finally on 9/16 there was a departure scan through UPS (proving they held the camera 10 days after I paid for it before shipping it). By then I knew it was too late, so I complained again, and they responded by stating if they can catch it in transit, then I just won't receive it since I wouldn't get it in time and for me to go buy the camera somewhere else.

I never received the package. The seller then received the package on 9/26 but would not sign for it, then finally accepted it 9/29. After I complained through PayPal, they refunded my money on 10/1, and then on the same day they opened a non-payment dispute against me on the same transaction.

I want this posted against them in their BBB folder because they are deliberately screwing with my eBay account, all because their lazy butts couldn't get the package out in a reasonable amount of time, and I complained about it. What customer service!

"I purchased a TV from them on ebay. Their site claims TV's are in stock and will be shipped immediately upon payment. Fact is, they're selling TV's they don't even have. I've been contacted by multiple ebayers who are in the same boat. NO refund, and no TV."

"I had done my research & decided that Olevia TV's were the best for the money. I used several comparison shopping web sites & WeGotBetterDeals.Com was the cheapest for the TV I wanted. The unit they shipped was defective when I took it out of the box. I contacted them about returning the TV & was told I would have to deal with Olevia directly.

In the past when I purchased an item from a retailer, whether they were bricks & mortar or Web based they took the item back & if necessary paid for the shipping back. When I broached the subject of their paying for the shipping, the email I received from them was quire hostile.

I am very concerned about any retailer that responds in that manner.

"I bought a Panasonic SDR-H40 from them. I didn't get the item because UPS lost the shipment somewhere.

However, the communication between me & the store to resolve the issue is 100% satisfactory. I called them almost everyday asking what happen to my order and they patiently try to help me by tracking & contacting UPS regarding the matter. After about 6 days, they call the order off and transfer the money back to my account. They wanted to ship out a new item but it was out-of-stock.

I'm a skeptic before,same as everyone else because there are very limited review on them.But they are a big seller,with PowerSeller status on Ebay.I call in for the order and gave my payment details on-the-line.Everything went secure and smooth.

The bottom-line is, I highly recommended this seller because of their dedication to help customers.If you have any issues,just call them and talk to them personally before jumping into conclusions.

I'm sad for not getting my camcorder but atleast I know that there is a seller that I can trust to do business with.

"I ordered from the company's website, which is very renowned through Ebay with a seller rating of over 20000.

I was quite skeptical at first, but I decided to bite the bullet since the prices were so great. I bought a very nice Toshiba 26" TV from them, refurbished, for only $539 shipped.

The TV arrived in great condition, shipped from their warehouse. I am very satisfied with the TV.

The only real problem I had with them was a double-shipment. After my first TV arrived, they accidentally shipped a second TV. We called them, told them about it, and they said they would call us back. When we got the call back, the seller asked what we could do for them, we told him, and then he says "Yes I know about that and have it fixed" It was just a weird conversation, but everything worked out fine.

"Product was unable to function due to missing items. Was told I could buy one critical missing item myself. Seller claimed that other clearly listed missing items were not included and not their responsibility. Seller's email responses became rude, hostile, and intentionally insulting to any customer. Strongly recommend avoid - nobody that behaves like this deserves to be in business."
