"This company will do what it takes to make shore they don't have to help u even damage your goods and then refuse rma there no phone number to contact them they cost me over 600 pounds so fair ill recommended paying a little more to a trusted company "

Excellent service and delivery.

"I'd been looking for a GPU water block for my MSI 3070 for a while, came across these guys via the Alphacool site. None were listed on the website so I sent them a message, They replied in good time considering I'd sent the message over the weekend and they actually had them in stock! They updated the website and I bought one straight away. It was dispatched within a few hours and I received the waterblock in less than 24hrs from when they emailed me. Excellent service and communication!"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I was trying to do small business a favour and buy from them rather than Amazon, but fek 'em, i'd rather give my coin to Jeffy boy.
Worst retailer i've ever didn't had a pleasure to deal with. I have ordered 2 items, small enough to come in large envelope. Their website stated "more than 20 in stock" on both items.
Then they charged me £4.50 for 24h delivery (note they also have £7.50 express delivery option which laughable), which is fine if you get you stuff it in 24 hours....
5 days LATER i email them to ask where's my items? got reply that their estimated dispatch time is like 12 days after my purchace date?! I'm like WTF you chatting about, you just charged me for 24h delivery?! Few more emails later after i asked why they can't be bothered to go and pick my order up in their very small building they operate from (looked it up on G-maps, business property no bigger than house i live in), i've got another unprofesional reply blaming shortage of office staff (really, office staff???) and they finally 9 days later they have CANCELED my order against my clear instructions that I WILL WAIT as now i already wasted a week+ waiting.
Never gonna buy from them and if you value your time and sanity and like to be deatl with proffesionaly AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Superb, i use them often and always have a great experience

"There is only 3 companies that I would ever use for my computer building/modding... One of theses is watercooling uk. Fast delivery and great service. Always worth a look in their clearance section for deals.

The products arre exactly as described the price was very competitive and the delivery was super quick. Contact was them was responded to immediately and dealt with politely and professionally. I have no hesitation in giving them my top recommendation many thanks.

Useless time-wasting muppets

"Time wasting muppets.

Bought item on 24th of November. Chose a really crappy courier company (Parcel2Go), and promised item will be arriving on or before 18th of November. Already the 20th but still no item. The price of the courier is twice as expensive than other options like UPS, however other items I bought from the UK, Italy, Austria & Germany via UPS arrived much earlier.

I now have to order the same item from a different vendor on such short notice and pay a lot more, plus deal with the massive amount of wasted time, their **** up has caused me.

They also quietly raise the price of their items items prior to a sale, so you end up saving very little, none or ending up being more expensive.

Worst company ever...

"They list every single item as in stock yet of the 3 times I have used them, one of which I had to get PayPal involved when using their eBay outlet. Nothing in the times I have used them has turned up within a week.

It happens that a part has failed a pump more specifically within 5 months of a 1 year warranty. Negotiating warranty / return is almost impossible and messages drop into a sinkhole.

I thought I would give them more than one chance as these days people seem to get only one shot at pleasing customers.

However this is a company to avoid.

"WatercoolingUK is quite possibly the worst online retailer I have ever used.

I bought a Phobya 1080 Rad bundle from them (Rad, fans, fan mount and a stand) and the rad had some fins that were really loose, almost spring-like and I didn't feel comfortable using it in case of leaks.

So I sent an email asking if I could send just the rad back and was told that would be fine. Long story short, that was over a month ago... no rad, no refund and no more emails.

If you want watercooling stuff, please... PLEASE save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

"My previous review was extremely long and honestly I doubt anyone would read it...here is a truncated version...

Long story short...

Stock system is usually wrong and lists out of stock items as in stock.

They take around a week to respond to support tickets if they bother to respond at all

They have no phone number (this should be a red flag to anyone I guess).

They mark orders as shipped or part shipped when they haven't dispatched them.

They charge next day delivery prices for 3-5 day delivery.

7 weeks after I placed an order (4 of which they have had the obviously and mutually agreed faulty items) I have yet to receive a working item or a refund.

I regret ever giving them my money and may have to take legal action to get it back.

"They sent the wrong item; did not reply to RMA request for 10 days; when they finally replied they cancelled the RMA request listing the wrong item number and wrong manufacturer and saying that I had been sent the right item. They also ignored the Distance Selling Act - customer has the right to refuse an item in 7 days. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund."
