"I ordered a waterbed liner and 5 days later checked the status and it was showing as not shipped. I contacted the site and they drop ship everything so they had to contact the manufacturer. I asked if while they were talking to them, they would request that it be overnighted, since my waterbed had arrived, but I could not set it up without the liner. Later in the day, I received an e-mail that the order was cancelled. I called them and they told me they did what I asked and cancelled it. I never asked for it to be cancelled. It turns out that the manufacturer did not have it in stock! It would have been good to know this at the time I placed the order!! Now I have to get it somewhere else and wait to set up the bed. 100% unsatisfied."
