"So i purchased an RO membrane and pressure vessel, both 4"x40". I received simple instructions for the vessel with a grainy and distorted picture for the vessel that resembles a poor quality copy room scanner printout, and these were the only instructions i received.
I recieved absolutely no instructions for the membrane itself, or installation thereof. Nothing dictating direction of flow, why only one end of the membrane has a seal, or why both end caps for the vessel have 2 holes.
I called customer service and she got frustrated with me asking "which end goes where", ended up telling me "i cant help you design a system i can only help you purchase one". This is after i opened the conversation with "hi im looking for some installation help on an RO membrane and housing i just received".
She never asked: "did you order from us?" or "what was your order number?"; instead i was asked "did you order a complete system or designing a system?", well i have to put it together so its not option 1... This is where she immediately got frustrated with me, as if im wasting her time; her tone of voice told me to f-off.
The person i spoke with was the first person to pick up the phone, calling their "contact us" phone number."
