The worst company in the world

"Do not buy RO systems from this company. They are selling junk systems that are no better than a standard 10 dollar water filter. Their customer service team is terrible and you will have no recourse on your purchases. Buyer beware. By a PureblueH2o system and save your money."

Rip off

"Terrible service. They sent the wrong filter mainly because of a very misleading website. They expected me to pay return postage plus $15 restocking fee before they would dispatch the correct filter. Feels like a scam to me. Put their filter in the bin and ordered elsewhere. All good now Id recommend waterfilterforfridge.com.au
For those interested, I found a phone number for them online - 0408 236 580. They didn't pick up so I sent them a text inquiring about water filters and they called back within the hour. Explained their error, they denied everything. NEVER AGAIN!

Some filters did not work

"I bought a 6 pack omnifilter for my water purifier Two filters did not work and because I purchased them in 2018 to change every 4 months they were also out of warranty. Now I have to figure out where I can purchase these filters for the future"

Scumbag Company

"I bought a set of RO filter cartridges on Amazon from this company. After I installed them, my water bill went up by $350 over 2 months. They refused to help me. I called Culligan and their tech. showed me that WaterFiltersOnLine had sold me an RO cartridge without a flow restrictor. They refuse to admit their mistake. In my view, this company does not deserve to be in business. After they slapped me in the face, I promised they would hear from me in a public forum. Buy from these charlatans at your risk.

Scam

"I wish I had seen these reviews before dealing with this company. They false advised they have the inventory in stock with lower price for bulk purchase. I placed an order for 4 filters to get the discount but were notified 3 days later the item has been discontinue with only 1 left in stock and will the cost would be for single item w/o discount + regular shipping. I tried to reason for a fair charge (same price as my original order + original shipping cost divided by 4) as they false advertise their stock inventory and only try to clear the remaining inventory but was flat out reject w/o even apologize for the inconvenience they have caused me. "

Never received order!

"I ordered a couple of filters from this company. After a couple weeks, I contacted them. They sent a tracking number that said it was delivered, but I never received them. After contacting the company to find out how to proceed, they said they would track the package. It's been over a month since my initial order and I haven't heard back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"

"They sent me the wrong filter, and I had to request the right one I originally ordered. I was out of town a few weeks and came home to waterfiltersonline.com threatening to charge me for the wrong one if it wasn't mailed to them immediately. Terrible customer service. "

"I ordered a triple pack of an alternate filter that is identical to the original. Just a change of ID. Took 4 days to arrive and in perfect packaging. NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM. I found what I needed at an extremely fair price and smooth sailing. Thanks all!! My old filter was 6 years old. It was time. LOL"

"I wish I had seen these reviews before dealing with this company. Bought 5 Whirlpool-compatible water filters for my refrigerator at $25 each in April 2013. Since I change them every six months, I just installed the third one, which did not work. I contacted them via email to get a replacement for the defective filter, but was simply directed to the "30 day" return policy. They treat customers like dirt - I only hope the other two filters are not defective. Never, Never buy from this company!!!! I never will again. "

" I am writing this review to express my concern and disappointment with WaterFilterOnline.com Company. I have dealt with them over the last couple of years purchasing the same two filters for my Omni U600 with no problems. However, this year they said they did not have it in stock and the manufacturer had a back order on that particular filter which I can understand, things do occasionally happen. The company advertises “99.5% Of All Items In Stock For Same Day Shipping! LOW PRICES and FAST SHIPPING SINCE 1999” ! I guess I was in that ½ percent of not being on the shelf. They did send me an email trying to entice me into a cheaper and far less affective filter, but instead I chose to wait for the correct filter which took three months. When the filter finally came it was too big for my Omni U600 canister. Much to my chagrin I soon realized they did not have a phone number where I could communicate my concern for this product discrepancy. By now I was starting to get discouraged and knew the only way to solve the problem was to take pictures of my Omni system/filters and their product they sent to show the sizing error via another email. Their response was to follow their explicit return policy and once again they stated the cheaper filter would suit my needs. I took time out of my schedule and thirteen dollars in postage to return the merchandise. I stated again on the invoice I was interested in the better filter that would removed lead and more parts per million not an inferior product. I waited about two weeks with no response and then decided to inquire about my status. I was shock by their cavalier attitude in their email response stating they had refunded my charge card minus all my time and postage. I wholeheartedly agree with some of the previous reviews that this company certainly does not value their customers. So heed the old statement which states “Caveat Emptor” the Latin translation ” Buyer Beware”."

"I think the reviews here speak for themselves. I ordered a filter housing on a Thursday morning. The website says, 99.5% of items in stock and ship same day. By Monday I hadn't heard from Waterfiltersonline with a tracking number, so I emailed them. Their response: guess we're out of stock and we are canceling your order. Really? You sold an item you didn't actually have, couldn't figure out that you didn't have it, and now I';ve lost five days on my project.

Stay away from these folks.

"Ordered a 100gpd membrane and associated flow restrictor to replace an old one from another company. We did so because production was down to about a glass of water / day. Shipping was fast. Installed and production did not go up. To be fair, I knew this was not WFOnline fault. I was told we may need new tank and to go to their storage tank troubleshooting guide. Using their guide I needed a new tank, but thank goodness I was NOT convinced. Long story short tank was/is fine yet they still wanted to sell me a new one. Needed air in bladder was all. I found this out by watching a video from another RO vendor, a reputable one, not WFOnline. They constantly try to up sell and have NO phone contact - email is the only way. Now after 4 months of what was good operation, waste water runs for hours at a time. The only way to cure is to shutoff supply valve then turn on again. I believe it has to do with flow restrictor. I have emailed more than once and have had no return contact. In closing:
They are fast to sell and ship - a positive
They try to up sell - a turnoff
Customer support is email and nonexistent - a BIG negative

Never buy at waterfiltersonline! I would never recommend. Hard to believe they have been in business as long as they claim.

"Awesome service! I order a filter that was out of stock. They shipped the next higher version for free without even asking or delaying the sale. I had a few questions later and customer response was very quick. Filter was packaged well and all parts were included for a simple install. I don't often write these for good service; usually only poor service when I'm unhappy and want to warn others. Sorry others have had poor service, but my experience was very pleasing."

"Recieved 2 damaged filters out of 5. It is over 24 hours and they have not responded to my email to customer service. They have no phone listed...not good. You can do better somewhere else. Cheaper shipping other places. Not a reliable company. I finally heard from them and the fees for returns plus shipping plus they want 9.99 to cover previous free shipping, plus shipping it back to me plus according to them, stocking and hadleing fees possible, it is not worth returning the damaged products as they cost under $20. each. You also need to notify them within 30 days so chech all products from them quickly. I reccomend don't deal with them at all because if you have a problem it will cost you money even if the product is defective"

"Horrendous company. The water filter I ordered had some sort of odd oil that was in it, contaminating the water that came out.

They sell "new" items that have clearly been repackaged, or fallen off the back of a truck.

Thankfully, I ordered through Amazon so was able to return for a refund. Otherwise, their policy does not offer a full refund, and makes you pay to have their crappy merchandise shipped back.
