" I had ordered online Tuesday at noon, the shipment arrived Thursday just after noon. Within 1 hour of order Ray called to say he was out of stock on 1 item in the order, but he would try to get the whole order shipped from his supplier. It was getting late in the day to get the order packed and shipped that day, but he made it happen, because I told him I needed to get it installed by the weekend(my cousin the plumber doesn't work Saturdays). When I opened the box I found that his supplier sent a 3/4" filter housing instead of the 1" I needed. I called Ray and he bit the bullet on the shipping charges and sent me a return services label even though it was his supplier that had goofed. Thanks Ray, I will be back when I need more filters.
