"They rock and have great customer service. Here's the lowdown:
I had to deal with one of the biggest pain in the butt issues for Valentines Day. I ordered my boyfriend a watch the week before Valentines Day, so I had to deal with some jerkoffs at (not sure if I can say their name) Broadwaywatches.com. Anyhow after I filed the claim with my bank I had to hunt down this dang watch AGAIN, so I email a bunch of places. And shockingly I actually get a call back from one(a real phone call, not an email response), WatchWink, the guy I spoke with was so nice, he let me know that they had it in stock and would hold it for me for over 24hrs (my payday) oh and he matched the price of the jerks. OH AND he called again and left me a nice voicemail letting me know that it had left the warehouse and that I'd be getting it in 2-3 days. So I got the watch and its PERFECT!!! I can't wait to give it to him today. I suck at secrets, so I'm ready to burst. Anyhow thanks to WatchWink I've got the perfect watch!!! Mr. __ (I'm sorry I couldn't spell it if I tried) who called me I want you to know you're a freakin super hero!!! "
"ordered watch on 1/20/14. never received shipment confirmation, tried contacting them for 4 days, when they finally responded, they said they did not have the watch, they needed to order it and would forward it when they received it, this was after 10 days and they still do not have watch from supplier! they have yet to send watch, I would never buy from this company ever and I have filed dispute with credit card"
