"They were helpful and responsive. Orders arrived a couple of days after ordering and everything was packaged well. I had two small issues that they remedied.
1. They forgot to send one of the cables ($300). I called them up and after a couple of back conversations they agreed to send a new cable out. They overnighted the cable. Great customer service!
2. I used their quote builder by sending in the drawings for my project. They messed up and used the wrong version of the drawings and send me a cable that was too long for the area I was using. Luckily I did not try to install the cable (otherwise they said they would not return it). I called them and we discovered the error. They sent me a return label and agreed to send me a shorter cable. They did not cover the cost of the overnight shipping on this one, which I thought was a little stingy as it was clearly their mistake. "
"Big red flag - they charged me a 10% restocking fee on an UNOPENED order. We order a lot of products online, and hardly ever get burned like this. They say on their website "We MAY charge a Re-Stocking charge of 10%, to cover our costs." Well let me tell you first - that word MAY isn't honest...they WILL charge that 10% even on a simple, unopened order. Second - they are NOT just "covering their costs" here - they are making money. They burned me for $73 for just a few items. Plus I paid the shipping. "

"STAY AWAY...Ordered warm wire kit for a kitchen remodel, we changed our minds on the layout and had to return the kit for a much smaller one. Their Return policy states they MAY charge a 10% restock fee, I got them to only charge me 7% on my $1850 order plus the 75$ to ship it back. They ripped me off for over 200$ and I would not recomend them. I understand a small fee to restock but this is just stealing my money. Very dissapointed and unprofessional of them. Do not give them your business"
