I was very skeptical about ordering a large piece of furniture online and worried about delivery. It was a seamless experience from beginning to end. After ordering I had some questions. Phone assistance was wonderful and email response was within hours! The delivery company's communication was also top notch! The actual delivery was perfect. I would not hesitate order from them again. I highly recommend them (and I'm pretty fussy and things tend to go wrong for me!)"

"I find it incredibly odd that I received the email request to write feedback for a purchase I made OVER A YEAR AND A HALF AGO... However, I have not forgotten all the hassles we had with our purchase, the poor communication, and the excessive length of time that it took to actually receive our merchandise. We placed our order in January, 2010 and the order was finally COMPLETE on April 29, 2010 (even though the website stated that every piece of product we ordered ships within 5-7 days).
Our problems: 1) We received no initial order confirmation, and had to call the company directly a few days after the order was placed just to verify that they had received it. 2) We received no follow-up order status or tracking information for an entire month (from January until Feb 24th), and once again had to call the company directly to request this basic customer service information. 3) When the order finally arrived on April 28, 2010, five of the eight chairs were damaged and needed to be returned. It took almost six weeks to receive replacements, so in total it took MONTHS before everything was delivered and the order was "complete" -- ignore that "ships in 5-7 days" they claim on their site.
The merchandise itself we are happy with, and is of the quality we expected considering the over five thousand dollar price tag. It was the lack of customer service from the company itself that is the reason we would not buy from them again."

A part of the wood was scratched and I contacted WarehousedirectUSA.com about coverage. I followed up with multiple emails and I have received no response. "The shipping company used by Warehouse Direct is a rip off. They charged me storage for the delivery they couldn't make due to heavy snow, and then added another fee for having to use a smaller truck to get up my cul-de-sac street. It took me two months of fighting with the shipping company to resolve and remove these charges. One chair arrived damaged and was reported to both the shipping company and Warehouse Direct. I was promised repair, then promised reimbursement for repair and received nothing. While the table and chairs are beautiful and sturdy, the hassles I experienced and the fact that I had also purchased additional protection insurance with no financial resolution for damage and repair, I will never order from this company again."

"My experience with Warehousedirectusa.com was far and away the WORST experience I've ever had in purchasing ANYTHING online.
The bed I ordered came with incorrect parts (my queen size bed came with twin size parts). In addition, several of the pieces were broken or damaged. When I called them for replacements they sent incorrect parts AGAIN - not once, but TWICE! Thanks to this company's incompetence I slept on the couch for the better part of a month waiting for parts. It often took almost a week to get a return phone call or e-mail.
I would never EVER recommend buying from this company. They are absolutely the WORST. I feel like I was completely ripped off."
