"Made an order almost 2 weeks prior to calling them regarding the status of it, they didn’t know the status themselves and said that they would get back to me within 30min, when I didn’t hear back from them, I reached out again, this time they said they would get back to me in about 40min, same story! So I contacted them again, this time they said we'll get back to you within an hour, surprise didn’t hear back from them, so I called them one last time to ask what the heck is going on and they said that my order has been “oversold”, you could hear the “apathetic” and “tired of life” voice saying something even he didn’t what it meant. So I said you’re telling me this after almost 2 weeks and 3 phone calls? How come it’s still showing “in stock” on your site, he didn’t know how to answer that. Do your head a favor by saving it from a headache, stay away from these crooks, just check their BBB complaints!"
"We recently purchased an item and it was delivered at least 2 weeks prior than the promised date. Once the item arrived there was an issue. I had to call several times to try to get this resolved. 2 months passed and still no resolution. No one would ever call back, I was never able to reach anyone. Finally I get someone to help me and instead of just giving me a refund they want me to pay to return the item plus pay restocking fee for a broken part. This is by far the most horrendous customer service I have ever received. Given all my issues I would have expected some sort of accomodation to try to resolve this issue. I will never again order from this company. "
