"We ordered two faucets (one kitchen and one bath). Both arrived within the time specified and the price was good too. I made sure to inspect both faucets once we got them. One was perfectly wrapped and in good condition, the other (kitchen) was scratched gouged, and the parts were just thrown into the box as if someone had already used and abused this faucet. I e-mailed Warehouse USA and received a timely response. A new faucet was sent out next day air, and this one was in excellent condition. They must have sent a box that someone had returned to them for that first shipment. It always pays to check your stuff when you get it, especially if you plan to install them at a later date. Warehouse USA also sent prepaid mailing label to send the damaged faucet back. Overall rating of 8 of 10. I will shop there again due to the quick response and appropriate handling of the situation that occured."
