"Placed order for my workplace by phone on 10/18/13 and paid with credit card. The credit card was charged on 10/18/13. I assumed the lights came in, but in mid December realized they had not been received. As of Jan 21, 2014, nothing has been received and so far, I cannot even get an answer as to when my items will be available to ship. I have called at least a dozen times. They are very nice on the phone; each time promising to email me with tracking info. They know my name at this point, and continue to be very nice, but I have received no info so far. I've given them a "Very High Priced" rating because I have wasted countless hours trying to track down the items I ordered and paid for.

"Received order a few days after Christmas which was ok. Was impressed how well the fixture was packaged to prevent damage. Liked the fact electrical parts were repairable while other fixtures had molded non repairable connectors. Installation was straight forward. Tried ordering similar fixture from Home Depot twice and each time they arrived damaged. The add was somewhat deceiving as it stated with f32t8 lamps which lead me to believe the lamps were included. "

"We recently placed our first order with James and Matt at Warehouse Lighting, unfortunately we mistakenly ordered the wrong 8ft fittings. They were delivered promptly, and as soon as I realized they were wrong I called James who agreed to take them back and supply us the correct fittings even though it was not his fault.
The new (correct) fittings arrived pretty quickly, but there were a few damaged in shipping and again, Warehouse Lighting were very quick to send out replacement units so we had all 10 light fittings in good condition. To cap it all, the third party manufacturer made an error and only sent out 10 1/4 turn clips for the reflectors, even though 10 fittings require 80 clips. This last item took longer to address, but through it all the staff at Warehouse Lighting, James, Matt and Melissa were extremely professional and did what was necessary to fix this. The project is now done and looks and works great. The fittings are well made and the pricing was very reasonable. The Customer Service was excellent.
